Served on Dispute Resolution Boards for infrastructure, transportation, highways, and major airport projects. Specifically Miami International Airport North Terminal Development, Ft Lauderdale International Airport Terminal 4 Development, Interstate 595 Privatization, (MIC), State highway project in .

Have served as sole arbitrator on cases managed under regular and expedited procedures, with pro se parties, and ex parte hearings. Served as Chair or panel member on large complex domestic, and international cases; as well as Chair with two party appointed panelists.
