Eligible participants receive seven free frozen meals each week at their residence, along with fresh fruit, milk and other food items. The meals are delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Recipients must be at least 60 years old with a disability or homebound. Individuals under age 60 with disabilities who live with an eligible recipient, and are dependent for care, can also receive meals.
