2010-News Archive Newton, MA--Sen. Scott Brown '85 addressed an overflow audience at the Law School on March 2009-News Archive 18. In a wide-ranging discussion, Brown touched upon his experience in the Senate, the turning 2008-News Archive point in his troubled life as a young boy, his career as an attorney, and his years at BC Law. 2007-News Archive He urged the students in the audience to get involved and become leaders, saying the current 2006-News Archive political landscape and partisanship in Washington was "deeply disturbing" to him. 2005-News Archive Robert Giannattasio '13, President of the BC Law Republicans club and organizer of the event, 2004-News Archive introduced the Senator to the crowd. Following the talk, Brown signed copies of his bestselling 2003-News Archive book Against All Odds: My Life of Hardship, Fast Breaks, and Second Chances. The book went 2002-News Archive as high as #4 on the New York Times bestseller list.

2001-News Archive Scott Brown is a political commentator for Fox News and a former United States Senator (MA). 2000-News Archive Prior to his Senate service, Brown was as a member of the Massachusetts General Court in the Events State House of Representatives (1998–2004) and in the State Senate (2004–2010). Services & Departments Brown's expertise as an attorney is in real estate law, and he served as defense counsel in the Law Reviews Judge Advocate General's Corps of the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
