    Na osnovu člana 7. stav 4. Zakona o vodama ("Službeni glasnik RS", broj 30/10), Ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede, donosi Pravilnik o utvrđivanju vodnih tela površinskih i podzemnih voda Pravilnik je objavljen u "Službenom glasniku RS", br. 96/2010 od 18.12.2010. godine. Član 1. Ovim pravilnikom utvrđuju se vodna tela površinskih i podzemnih voda. Član 2. Naziv vodnog tela površinskih voda iz člana 1. ovog pravilnika, naziv vodotoka na kome se nalazi vodno telo, kategorija (reka, veštačko vodno telo, značajno izmenjeno vodno telo), dužina i šifra vodnog tela, kao i vodno područje na kome se nalazi vodno telo dati su u Prilogu 1. koji je odštampan uz ovaj pravilnik i čini njegov sastavni deo.
