Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan LISREL 8.7. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan satu dari tiga variabel atmospheric berpengaruh terhadap variabel joy yaitu design, dua variabel lainnya yaitu ambience dan interaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap joy dan joy berpengaruh terhadap custo- mer loyalty. Kata Kunci: Atmospheric, Joy, Persepsi, Customer Loyalty Abstract This research aimed to find and analyze the influence of atmospheric to customer loyalty through joy on Trans Studio Bandung visitors. This research used SEM with LISREL 8.7. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. This study used a survey through the questionnaire. Number of sample was 120 respondents. The result of this research showed that one of three atmospheric variables influenced joy that was design, two other variables, that were ambience and interaction were not influence joy and joy influ- enced the customer loyalty. TAMAN BERTEMA INDOOR TRANS STUDIO SEMARANG Oleh : Erik Extrada, Edy Darmawan, Bambang Suyono Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang kaya akan wisata di dalamnya. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor yang sangat penting dalam hal perekonomian bangsa. Berdasarkan dari data pariwisata indonesia menempati urutan ketiga dalam hal penerimaan devisa. Dari sumber devisa tersebut banyak tempat wisata yang telah dikunjungi turis, beberapa wisata ini tersebar dalam berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Beberapa provinsi yang sering dikunjungi adalah Bali, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, DKI Jakarta, beberapa provinsi di Sumatera, dan provinsi yang berada di wilayah Indonesia Timur. Sebagian turis yang datang ke indonesia merupakan bertujuan menikmati liburan, dan sebagian kecil yang datang untuk berbisnis. Pilihan wisata di indonesia sangat beragam, mulai dari wisata alam, wisata sejarah dan budaya, wisata belanja, wisata keagamaan serta yang paling baru dan berkembang adalah wisata taman bertema atau dengan kata lain sering disebut Theme Park. Theme Park itu merupakan sebuah tempat atau sarana rekreasi yang memiliki ide dasar khusus yang mencirikan seluruh tempat rekreasi tersebut. Dari setiap Taman Hiburan ini terbukti berhasil meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung, meskipun lokasi-lokasi setiap taman hiburan sudah cukup menyebar, namun masih relatif jauh jaraknya dari Jawa Tengah. Padahal di Provinsi Jawa Tengah ini merupakan provinsi yang tidak kalah potensialnya dengan provinsi lain di Indonesia pada umumnya dan di Pulau Jawa pada khususnya karena termasuk dalam Provinsi yang paling sering dikunjungi wisatawan. Di Jawa Tengah terdapat kota kota besar yang berpengaruh dalam bidang budaya dan pariwisata di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Jawa Tengah memang setara dengan Provinsi besar lainnya di Indonesia. -

BAB II TINJAUAN UMUM TAMAN HIBURAN TEMATIK (THEME PARK) 2.1. TINJAUAN TAMAN HIBURAN TEMATIK 2.1.1. Pengertian Taman Ta.man n menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) mempunyai arti yaitu 1 kebun yang ditanami dng bunga bunga dsb (tempat bersenang-senang); 2 tempat (yang menyenangkan dsb);3 tempat duduk penganti perempuan (yang dihiasi dengan bunga bunga dsb); -- hiburan tempat yang mempunyai berbagai jenis hiburan dan pertunjukan -- rekreasi kawasan kusus, biasanya tertutup sehinga untuk memasukinya peru membayar, pengunjung dapat bersantai danmenghibur diri dengan memanfaatkan beraneka ragam fasilitas hiburan, pertunjukan, permainan, restoran, atau toko cenderamata; 6 Park merupakan pengertian dari Taman. Taman adalah sebidang tanah terbuka dengan luasan tertentu di dalamnya ditanam pepohonan, perdu, semak dan rerumputan yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan kreasi dari bahan lainnya. Umumnya dipergunakan untuk olah raga, bersantai, bermain dan sebagainya.7 2.1.2. Pengertian Hiburan Hi.bu.ran menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) mempunyai arti yaitu sesuatu atau perbuatan yang dapat menghibur hati (melupakan kesedihan dsb): taman ~rakyat;8 2.1.3. Tourismusplanung einer neuen Destination am Beispiel Radtourismus in West Sumatra. Eine wissenschaftliche Abschlussarbeit zur Erlangung des akademischen Grades Sarjana Pendidikan. Deutschabteilung der Sprach- und Kunstfakultät. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Januar 2018 Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Herausarbeitung der Maßnahmenplanung für die Entwicklung des Radtourismus in West Sumatra. Das Ergebnis der Forschung sind die konkreten Maßnahmen für das Konzept der Entwicklung des Radtourismus in West Sumatra. Anhand der Radtourismusentwicklung in West Sumatra ist auch das Wirtschaftswachstum in West Sumatra zu erwarten. Zur Datenerhebung wurden die Interviews mit einem Experten im Bereich nachhaltiger Mobilität und Radverkehr, dem Sekretär der Tour de Singkarak 2016, durchgeführt, aktuelle Informationen aus offiziellen Quellen im Internet ausgewertet, sowie auch die Gästebefragungen verwendet. Die erhobenen Daten wurden mittels SWOT-Analyse als Bestandaufnahme bzw. Standortanalyse in dieser Arbeit bearbeitet. Aus der Analyse der erhobenen Daten hat sich ergeben, dass die geeigneten Maßnahmen aus der Erstellung der Destinationsmanagement-organisation in West Sumatra, der Erstellung der Markeneinheit für Radreise in West Sumatra, der Verbesserung der offiziellen Website vom Tourismus West Sumatras, dem Aufbau der Infrastruktur des Radtourismus in West Sumatra (Radwege und – routen, Beherbergung und Gastronomie, Verkehrsträger) und dem Umweltschutz in West Sumatra bestehen. Schlussfolgernd ist der Aufbau der Fahrrad- infrastruktur nachhaltig, weil dies nicht nur den Tourismus fördert, sondern für die ganze Bevölkerung in West Sumatra nützlich ist. -

Manado State Polytechnic, Indonesia 2Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University, Indonesia Corresponding Author: [email protected] ARTICLE INFO ABSTRACT Received This study aims to analyze the sport tourism event of Tour de 3 December 2019 Singkarak (TdS) related to tourist destination management in West Accepted Sumatera, Indonesia. The TdS is an international road bicycle race 15 February 2020 held annually for ten-year period as data presented from 2009 to 2018. Available online Data were collected for this study through in-depth interviews with 31 March 2020 informants and analyzed by a descriptive qualitative technique. The results showed that the TdS events were succesfully and consistently held annually for ten-year period of 2009-2018 in West Sumatera and has significantly contributed to the regionas tourism destination. This was due to a strong commitment and serious action among central government and local government at province and municipality levels for the sport tourism development at the tourism destination in West Sumatera. The commitment could be seen in the serious, strong commitment and coordination between the Ministry of Tourism and the National Road Development Agency at a central government and Heads of Local Departments of Tourism, of Public Works and of Transportation at province and regency/municipality level. The commitment could be seen from the sport tourism management such as the provision of shared budget, event coordination, and destination and infrastructure development and promotion. -

Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.7. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan mengumpulkan data dengan menanyakan langsung kepada responden melalui kuesioner.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa satu dari tiga variabel Atmospheric berpengaruh terhadap variabel Joy yaitu Design. Sedangkan untuk dua variabel dari Atmospheric lainnya yaitu Ambience dan Interaction tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Joy dan Joy berpengaruh terhadap Customer Loyalty. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 INTRODUCTION RESEARCH BACKGROUND The attention to global environmental knowledge in the development has emerged over decades to support the decision-making process in the environmental governance (Turnhout, et al., 2016). Hence, many policymakers have gained interests to scrutinise the knowledge in the political arena (Turnhout, et al., 2016; Heinrichs, et al., 2016; Juntti, et al., 2009; Glavic & Lukman, 2007). Sustainable development has inclined as an important policy agenda in promoting integrated objectives of future societies (Heinrichs, et al., 2016). Any physical development matters to the economic, social, and environmental aspect, including in the road infrastructure planning. Besides of the economic growth, a road development might also result in the improved social and spatial cohesion (Suprayoga & Hendrawan, 2015). However, it also increased the pace of natural resources degradation (Chi & Stone Jr, 2005) and the massive amount of the energy consumption in road-induced growth (Cervero, 2003). The importance to adopt sustainability agenda in transport infrastructure development has consistently been a focus on the policy making and spatial development in Indonesia. To assist with the implementation, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing has started a sustainability assessment practice of several road projects since 2014 (Suprayoga & Hendrawan, 2015). However, the current practice mainly focused on the ex-post evaluation and certification purposes. Thus, the opportunity to tackle sustainability issues at the beginning phase of the development projects might be missed. As stated in some studies (Lawrence, 2000; Tetlow & Hanusch, 2012; Sadler & Verheem, 1996), the missing opportunity to cope with sustainability problems also aligned with the issue of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which was considerably unable to assist decision-making process in the road planning. -

Arrive in Bukit Tinggi, lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, bukit tinggi tour visit : Ngarai Sianok, Benteng Ford De Kock. Che ck in to hotel and dinner will served at local restaurant. DAY 02 : BUKITTINGGI TOUR (B,L,D) After breakfast at hotel, then continue the tour to visit Japanese Tunnel, Jam Gadang (Big Ben ) is a clock tower and major landmark of the city of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia . It is located in the centre of the city . Lunch will be served at local restaurant . After lunch vi sit Istana Silindung Bulan, Pagaruyung Palace, Kiniko to buy some special snack and souvenir such as : coffee, Pisang Sale, etc. Dinner will be served at local restaurant.
