Combined Deposit Portfolio Your product for saving and investing in a mutual fund What is combined deposit ‘Portfolio’? Combined deposit ‘Portfolio’ is a mixed investment product, which uses part of the sum is deposited in a deposit account in Fibank and the remaining sum is invested in a mutual fund managed by ‘FFBH Asset Management’. Combined deposit ‘Portfolio’ is offered to private and institutional customers and allows you to combine the security and the guaranteed attractive return of a term deposit, with the great potential to generate income that is provided by the financial markets, in which the mutual funds invest. Depending on your investment strategy, you can choose between two versions of combined deposit ‘Portfolio’: Version Share from the whole sum Mutual fund 70% of the sum is put in a You choose between mutual deposit* ‘Premium’ fund FIB Avangard and 30% of the sum is invested FFBH Vostok in a mutual fund** 30% of the sum is put in a You choose between mutual deposit* ‘Balance’ fund FIB Garant and FIB 70% of the sum is invested Classic in a mutual fund** * The sum for the deposit is guaranteed by the Fund for Bank Deposit Insurance according to the law. **The sum, which the mutual fund shares were bought with, is not guaranteed and changes according to the change in the value of the financial instruments the fund has invested in. Additional information for the mutual funds, inclusive of the taxes and commissions payable, can be received at the nearest Fibank branch, the office of FFBH Asset Management, or at www.ffbham.bg. Parameters of the deposit: • term – 9 months; • currency – Euro, Bulgarian leva; • interest for natural persons – 1,65% annually for deposits in BGN and 1,55 % annually for deposits in Euro interest for legal entities - 1,65% annually for deposits in BGN and 1,55 % annually for deposits in Euro; • minimum amound for deposit opening – 3000 BGN/ 1500 Euro; • upon expiry, the deposit is automatically renewed for another 9 months and bears interest at the standard one-month deposit. Mutual Funds: FIB Avangard is a highly profitable fund, taking moderate to high risk, which aims long-term growth of your investments through ‘best investment’ idea approach. The fund invests primarily in shares and financial instruments from the countries in Central and East Europe. FFBH Vostok is the only high-yield fund with moderate to high risk profile registered in Bulgaria, which focuses on investments in Russia and the countries from the former Soviet Union. It offers access to the fastest growing region in Europe, with capital market growth surpassing the European average. FIB Classic is a balanced fund, distributing the assets among investments in low and high risk financial instruments. The portfolio includes investments in shares, as well as debt securities and money market instruments. FIB Garant is a moderately conservative fund, investing in lower risk securities and financial instruments, aiming to provide current income, combined with protection of the invested funds.
