General references Green Audit Kit – Investing in Business and the Environment The Green Audit Kit is a self-help manual developed by the English Tourism Council and the Countryside Agency. It is aimed at tourism businesses and is distributed through the RTBs. It demonstrates the quality and other advantages that environmental improvement can bring to tourism businesses’ marketing, products and customer experiences.
