Frankie Ng was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SGS in March 2015. He is also responsible for the Strategic Transformation function. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Frankie held many senior roles within the company, including Executive Vice President of Industrial Services and Executive Vice President of Consumer Testing Services. Frankie joined SGS in 1994 as a management trainee before undertaking a wide range of roles, including CTS Operations Manager in China and Division Manager for SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services. In 2000, he was appointed Managing Director of SGS US Consumer Testing Services. Before joining the company he worked with Sodeco S.A. as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Frankie holds a diploma in Engineering from the Engineering School of and graduated with a degree in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Essex, England. Carla is Chief Finance Officer and Senior Vice President for Finance, a role she was appointed to in November 2014. Carla joined SGS from Vodafone Libertel B.V. in the Netherlands, where she held the role of CFO. Prior to this, she gained sound auditing experience at Ernst & Young in and subsequently worked for 15 years with DHL, where she held growing responsibilities in various operational and corporate positions, ultimately assuming the position of CFO of DHL Express Benelux. She holds a Masters degree in Economic and Financial Sciences from the Economische Hogeschool Sint Aloysius (EHSAL) in Brussels and an MBA from the IMD in Lausanne. Nationality: Belgian OLIVIER COPPEY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AGRICULTURE, FOOD AND LIFE SGS

Olivier has been Executive Vice President since 2013. He was responsible for Agricultural Services until January 2016, when the strategic focus of this business line expanded to become Agriculture, Food and Life. Prior to this, he was Vice President for Global Seed & Crop Services of the Agriculture business line. Olivier joined SGS in 1994 in Cameroon. Since then his work has taken him from management roles in India to SGS Headquarters in Geneva, which he joined in 2000 as Business Manager for Guaranteed Business Solutions, Liquids and Customer Service. In October 2006 he accepted the role of regional head for Agricultural Services in North America, a position he held until his promotion to lead the newly created market segment Seed & Crop Services in January 2009. Olivier earned a Masters in Economics from HEC Lausanne in . Nationality: Swiss DERICK GOVENDER EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT MINERALS SGS

Derick has been Executive Vice President for Minerals since October 2015. Prior to this, he was Minerals Manager for SGS Chile. After joining SGS as Chief Chemist in 2002, Derick held positions as Regional Minerals Business and Operations Manager in , and Vice President for Minerals Services in Africa. Before joining SGS, Derick worked for Rand Mines (now Randgold) where he started as a bursar student in 1990 and worked at two of their mine laboratories between 1992 and 1995. He spent five years at Mintek as Chief Chemist of their precious metals laboratory before joining SGS in 2002. Educated in South Africa, Derick has more than 20 years of experience in the minerals industry. He is a trained analytical chemist, receiving his qualification in Analytical Chemistry in 1992. He also holds a qualification in Business Management. During his career, he has worked in many of the countries in Africa and spent 13 months in Chile. Roger is Executive Vice President for Governments and Institutions, a role to which he was appointed in April 2014. With a solid academic background, professional experience in the sphere of audit and certification for Ernst and Young, and commodity trading in Africa, Roger joined SGS in 1996 as Regional Sales Manager for East Africa. His expertise saw him promoted to Global Sales and Marketing Head for SGS. In 2012, Roger established and managed Kamgaing Associates, a network of consultants providing services to corporations and to governments, as well as launching an African business incubator. He rejoined SGS in 2014 to bring his considerable expertise to his current role of EVP for Governments and Institutions Services. Nationality: Swiss JEFFREY MCDONALD EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT CERTIFICATION AND BUSINESS ENHANCEMENT SGS

Jeffrey was appointed Executive Vice President for Systems and Services Certification (now named Certification and Business Enhancement), in September 2015. Prior to this, Jeffrey was the Chief Operating Officer for North America, a position he held since 2007. Jeffrey joined SGS Thailand in 1994 as Training Manager and was appointed Division Manager of Certification Services in 1998. In 2000 he became South East Asian Sub-regional Manager for Certification Services as well as Manager of the Consumer Products Division in SGS Thailand. In 2003 he was appointed Global Project Manager for Systems and Services Certification and, in 2004, he was named Executive Vice President for Systems and Services Certification, a role he resumed in 2015. Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Griffith University, a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Technology, and an Engineering degree from the Yeronga Technical and Further Education College (TAFE), Australia. Thomas has been Executive Vice President since 2011. He was responsible for Automotive Services until January 2016, when the strategic focus of this business line expanded to become Transportation. He joined SGS North America in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Regional Business Manager of SGS Automotive Services. From there, Thomas was promoted to Global Business Development Vice President, Automotive Services in 2008. He has been a member of the Bureau Permanent of the International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA) since 2011. Prior to joining SGS, Thomas worked in different senior management positions for DEKRA SE, . Thomas graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Engineering Science in Germany and has completed both an MBA and PhD. Peter has been Executive Vice President for Environmental Services since 2013. In January 2016, the strategic focus of his business line has expanded to become Environment, Health and Safety. Prior to this, he was Global Business Manager for the OGC Downstream unit, a position he held since 2007, based in Geneva. Before moving to Geneva, Peter held the role of Managing Director in , having moved to Seoul in 2005 from Shanghai. He became OGC Business Development Manager for Pacific in 2002. He started with the SGS Group in Australia as a Senior Inspector Chemist in 1983 before moving to Singapore in 1990 to manage its Chemical business. From 1990 to 2002 he held several OGC Management positions based in Singapore, Philippines, China and Australia where he also managed the Environmental unit. In 1983 Peter received a Degree in Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of South Australia. Nationality: Belgian and Australian WIM VAN LOON EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT INDUSTRIAL SGS

Wim van Loon is Executive Vice President for Industrial, a role he was appointed to in May 2018. Wim joined SGS in 1989, beginning his career in the Non- Destructive Testing division of SGS Belgium. He went on to hold the position of Business Manager for Industrial, Minerals, and Consumer and Retail for SGS Benelux from 2003 to 2011. He was promoted to Executive Director of SGS Benelux in 2011 and became Managing Director of SGS Benelux in 2015. Wim earned his first degree in Industrial Engineering Electro Mechanics from the University of Leuven and is certified as a European Welding Engineer by the Belgian Institute of Welding Engineering. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Vlerick Business School. Nationality: Belgian ALIM SAIDOV EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OIL, GAS AND CHEMICALS SGS

Alim is Executive Vice President, Oil, Gas and Chemicals and has been since 2007. He joined SGS in 1993 as Senior Inspector, Redwood, Azerbaijan. In 1999 he moved to Georgia as General Manager of the SGS office before becoming Managing Director, SGS Kazakhstan and the Caspian region, in 2001. In 2004 he held the position of Managing Director for SGS Canada and NAFTA Business Development Manager, and then Chief Operating Officer SGS North America in the same year. In 2005 Alim was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Alim holds a degree in Engineering Electrophysics and achieved his PhD in Chemistry in 1993. Pauline is Chief Operating Officer for Western Europe. With a background in quality assurance and product development, Pauline joined SGS in 1995 as an Auditor in Belfast. Various management roles followed within Systems and Services Certification, Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Agriculture and Minerals, culminating in her appointment as Systems and Services Certification UK Business Manager in 2004. In 2007 Pauline became Managing Director, SGS UK. Prior to joining SGS, Pauline worked as Technical Manager for Stewarts Supermarkets and Quality Assurance/Product Development Manager for Dale Farm Dairies. In 1984 she achieved a BSc (Hons) in Food Science. Nationality: British FRED HERREN SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT DIGITAL AND INNOVATION SGS

Fred was appointed head of Digital and Innovation on 1 April 2017. Prior to this role, Fred was Chief Operating Officer for the Africa Region from September 2010. Following seven years working in a variety of roles for the World Economic Forum, Fred joined SGS in 1987 as Vice President of SGS’s Economic Affairs Divisions. In 1995 Fred joined Unilabs SA as General Manager for their international division based initially in London and then in Geneva. In 1998 he rejoined SGS as Head of Operations and Business Development, Trade Assurance Division before being promoted to Executive Vice President, Automotive Services in 2003. In 2007, he also assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Governments and Institutions Services. He left Automotive Services in 2010 to take on the position of Chief Operating Officer for Africa, a role he has focused on exclusively from 2014 to 2017. Nationality: Swiss TOBIAS REEKS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT INVESTOR RELATIONS SGS

Tobias Reeks was appointed Senior Vice President of Investor Relations in June 2018. He has been an equity analyst since 1999 - 2018. Tobias covered the media sector from 1999 until 2008. He focused on advertising agencies and marketing services companies at Merrill Lynch from 2005 in a team ranked number 1 in both II and Extel in 2008 and number 2 in 2009. Tobias became Director in the Support Services Sector Team at Merrill Lynch in 2008, which was ranked number 2 in both II and Extel in 2011 to 2012. In August 2013, he joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in the Support Services Team. This team was ranked number 2 in Extel in 2015 and number 1 from 2016 to 2017, while his personal ranking was number 1 from 2015 to 2017. Tobias studied Economics at the University of Manchester. Daniel was appointed VP, Corporate Communications and Sustainability in November 2017 and VP Sustainability in April 2008. Prior to this he worked for 10 years as Operational Director of CSR, Compliance and Integrity, Marketing and Communication for the clothing company, Switcher. He began his career working for the Swiss government, identifying new market opportunities for sustainable trade from developing countries. In this role he oversaw the development of the first sustainable label for the Swiss textile industry. Daniel holds a bachelor degree in business University of Neuchâtel, a Masters in environment and management University of Geneva and a Masters in communication sciences University of Lugano and Memphis Nationality: Swiss FILIPPO ROTA VICE PRESIDENT STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION DIGITAL & INNOVATION SGS

Filippo leads the Operational Excellence program and manages Global Business Services at SGS having joined SGS as Strategic Transformation Vice President in September 2012. In this role he manages and leads transformational programs across the Group supporting the business lines and geographies to identify and implement projects and solutions including process optimizations and improvements related to sales, operations, laboratories and back office. Before joining SGS, he had over 10 years of experience in consulting and services working with FCA (formerly Fiat) where he lead the financial operations and consulting services and methodologies in the FCA administrative and service company in Brazil. Prior to that he held various positions at KeyG Consulting S.p.A. where he oversaw business process quality working across Europe, North & South America and Asia. Filippo holds a MBA in International Business from SDA Bocconi in , as well as a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Torino, in Torino Italy. Vincenzo has 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Corporate Development activities in multinational companies. Prior to joining SGS in 2018, Vincenzo was responsible for M&A, Extraordinary Projects and Corporate Venture initiatives at STMicroelectronics from 2011. He also worked at Fiat Chrsyler Automobiles in different senior management positions in Corporate Finance and Strategy from 2000 to 2010. Vincenzo holds a Master degree in Economics and an MBA from Politecnico di Milano. Nationality: Italian NICOLAS KYNDT VICE PRESIDENT ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY SGS

Nicolas was appointed Global VP for EHS in October of 2009 and manages business development and the different product lines. He has led 19 acquisitions in 10 countries since 2009, the most notable ones being Search (Netherlands), Galson (US), Accutest (US) and Axys (Canada). Nicolas joined SGS in 2003 specializing in environmental consulting matters in Belgium. He then supported global operations from Belgium, including projects in: Argentina, UAE and . Nicolas holds a Masters (MSc) degree in Geology and a Masters (MSc) degree in Hydrogeology and Groundwater management Nationality: Belgian & British SERGIO LOMBAN VICE PRESIDENT TRUST SERVICES, DIGITAL AND INNOVATION SGS

Sergio Lomban was appointed head of Digital Trust Services as part of the Digital and Innovation division in July 2018. Sergio has led the creation of new innovative start-up services in SGS Spain since 2011. From 2007-2011 he worked in technical governance and business development in OGC Spain. He joined SGS in 2005 as Trade inspector in Spain becoming operations manager and developing commercial activities in several branches in Spain. Prior to joining SGS, Sergio was Deck Officer and Captain in the maritime industry. Sergio holds a MsC on Maritime Transport and holds an unrestricted Master Mariner license with a PhD research program. Nationality: Spanish MONTSERRAT MARTINEZ

Montserrat is responsible of all GIS Network Operations related to Contract activities globally. She has more than 25 years’ experience with SGS and ensures perfect execution, standardization and efficiency of our operations, while securing quality in service delivery. Eric Sarfati was appointed Managing Director of SGS France in April 2017. He joined the SGS Group in 1998 and has held many positions in the Finance Department managing various acquisitions and disposals. In 2008, he joined the Automotive Division of SGS as Director of Functional Services for the company’s technical control activity. In 2009 he was named Business Manager, and went on to become Head of the SGS Transport France in 2015. Eric graduated from the ENGDE College of Management and Accounting in and is a chartered accountant Nationality: French GUILLAUME PAHUD CUSTOMER PORTAL PROGRAMME DIRECTOR DIGITAL AND INNOVATION SGS

Guillaume joined SGS as Customer Portal Programme Director in January 2018. Prior to that, Guillaume was CEO of dot stories, a digital branding business, which he co-founded in 2016. He also supported a number of start-ups active in digital trust and customer experience. Before 2016, Guillaume was Director of Digital Projects with Richemont, where he implemented e-commerce and B2B solutions for e-retailing. Guillaume holds a title of engineer with Ecole Centrale de Paris. Nationality: Swiss and French BARBARA SOTO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR GIS D-TECT GOVERNMENTS AND INSTITUTIONS SGS

Barbara was appointed Business Development Director for the Scanners and D-TECT Services in April 2016 and has worked on the transformation of the scanners portfolio and the delivery of D-TECT’s into new contracts such as Bahrain and Cameroun. She joined SGS Geneva in 2013 as Deputy Manager of the Scanner Business within the Border Control Solutions GIS to support the marketing and sales initiatives for Scanner Services and the development of SGS D-TECT’s first prototype in 2014, leading its first deployment in Cameroun in 2015. Barbara holds a Masters (MSc) degree in International Business and she is currently undergoing the Certificate for Management Excellence (CME) program at Harvard Business School. Sue joined TUI, the world’s leading tourism group, in 2011. She is Head of Overseas Health & Safety and Customer Welfare, a role she was appointed to in 2017. Sue is responsible for health and safety, quality assurance, delivery of new-build hotels, holiday change and delivery of customer service excellence. Prior to this role, she was Head of Customer Service Excellence in 2015, and Head of After-Travel Customer Support, Holiday Change & Long-Haul Holiday Experience in 2011. Sue holds a BSc (Hons) in Catering Studies and Hospitality Administration/Management from Sheffield City Polytechnic. VINCENT DELARUE DEPUTY MANAGER EDF

Vincent joined EDF in 2009 as a trainee engineer. The first 3 years were spent on Tricastin Nuclear Power Plant (Drome) in the NDT department and the last 6 months in Koeberg Nuclear Power Plant in South Africa. In 2012, he joined EDF Industry Directorate (which was named CEIDRE) as an International Manufacturing Quality Inspector in charge of around 30 suppliers mostly in Europe (few in Paris area and India). In summer 2015, Vincent moved to the USA to be a Resident Manufacturing Quality Inspector, in charge of all the US suppliers which worked for EDF Nuclear projects. In summer 2017, he came back in France to be Deputy Manager of the inspection group located in South-East area (Lyon-Chalon sur saone-Creusot-Italy-Spain). Sandor was appointed Global Head of Quality Assurance in April 2014. Prior to this he held several positions in the Operations department of DHL Express. Sandor joined DHL in 1992 and initially specialized in Ground Operations quality matters in , which included the first ISO 9001 certification. Later on he took over the management of Airport Operations in , with additional support to Gateways in many countries of Eastern Europe. In 2005, he joined the European Headquarters in Brussels for the Network Operations business and progressively got the responsibility of managing the regional road network development for DHL. In 2010, he moved to the Global Headquarters in Bonn, managing Operations standards and processes. Additionally, Sandor was also in charge of the European Environmental ‘Go Green’ program and successfully extended the multi-site certifications of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards to several countries. From 2018, he has been managing the creation of the ADEO Global Quality Organisation, from a local business unit initiative to a global program.
