Ron:As I mentioned, we have decided to seek a subpoena for the Sixth Floor Museum. It should be a boiler plate subpoena, but I'd like to provide you with some more specific information that I discussed with Jeremy. 1. The date: This will most likely change, if we ever serve this, but let's say the return date is Monday, March 16.2. The location: Earle Cabell Federal Building, Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas. (Address and verification on spelling will be in file for Anne Goodpasture's deposition; same place for her.)3. The recipient: Jeremy said that it should be done as a "3(b)(6)" because we were not sure who the proper person is at the Museum.4.
