Terms and conditions – Bank of Communications Credit Card “Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Redemption Program”: 1. Bank of Communications Credit Card “Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Redemption Program” (“the Program”) is applicable to the Cardholders (“the Cardholders”) of Principal Credit Card(s) issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. ("the Bank") in Hong Kong whom have chosen Bonus Points Reward Program as spending reward and such other credit cards designated by the Bank from time to time (“Credit Card”). It is not applicable to Supplementary card, the Pacific Internet card and gift card. 2. The Program is from 29 July 2019 to 29 August 2019 while the Special Item - Wing Wah Flow Heart Custard Mooncake only available from 29 July 2019 to 15 August 2019 (both dates inclusive) (Promotion Period). 3. To redeem the Wing Wah Cake Shop and Durian Hill (“the designated Merchants”) Mid- Autumn Festival Mooncake coupons (“Mooncake Coupons”), Cardholder is required to submit the redemption application form to the Bank via mail or fax during the Promotion Period(s). Late submission will not be accepted (based on the date of receipt by the Bank).

Once the redemption application is approved, the Bank will send the Mooncake Coupons to the Cardholder’s monthly statement address in 10 working days or starts on 9 August 2019 (whichever is later). The required bonus points will be deducted from the Credit Card account immediately upon successful application and will be shown on the monthly statement of the following month. If no Mooncake Coupons have been received in 5 days upon the Program Periods end, the Cardholder should call the Customer Service Hotline 223 95559 for enquiry. 6. Up to 4 Mooncake Coupons per mailing. If Cardholder redeems more than 4 Mooncake Coupons, the Bank will mail out in batches. 7. Once the redemption application is approved by the Bank (regardless of the means of submitting the application), neither amendment nor cancellation can be made. 8. Each redemption application for the Program only allows bonus points deducted from one principle Card account of the Cardholder. The accumulated bonus points cannot be transferred among the principle Card accounts of the cardholder. 9. Coupon redemption available on a first-come-first served basis while stock lasts. Coupons cannot be returned, converted or exchanged for cash. If there is any loss, loss of theft or damage, the Bank shall not take any responsibility and will not have any compensation or reissue. 10. To be eligible for this Program, the eligible Credit Card Account must be valid and in good financial standing. Any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions is not applicable for this program. The Bank reserves the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of the Coupons from the relevant credit card account without prior notices. 11. The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, to change or terminate the Programs at any time without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any matters relating to changes or termination of the Program. 12. The Cardholders should understand that the details of images, products/ services of the gifts are provided by the Supplier and for reference only. Actual product appearance may be subject to change. The Bank has no responsibility or obligation to the gift provided by the Supplier under any circumstances. Any disputes or complaints (include but not limit to its quality and quantity) in respect to gift should be directed to the merchants. 13. No person other than the Customer and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to

enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions. 14. In case of any disputes, the Bank's decisions shall be final and conclusive. 15. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
