FY19-Facility-List-Disclosure Facility List The Walt Disney Company is committed to fostering safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces wherever Disney‐branded products are manufactured. Numerous measures in support of this commitment are in place, including increased transparency. To that end, we have published this list of the roughly 7,300 facilities in over 70 countries that manufacture Disney‐branded products sold, distributed or used in our own retail businesses such as The Disney Stores and Theme Parks, as well as those used in our internal operations. Our goal in releasing this information is to foster collaboration with industry peers, governments, nongovernmental organizations and others interested in improving working conditions. Under our International Labor Standards (ILS) Program, facilities that manufacture products or components incorporating Disney intellectual properties must be declared to Disney and receive prior authorization to manufacture. The list below includes the names and addresses of facilities disclosed to us by vendors under the requirements of Disney’s ILS Program for our vertical business, which includes our own retail businesses and internal operations. The list does not include the facilities used only by licensees of The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates that source, manufacture and sell consumer products by and through independent entities. Disney’s vertical business comprises a wide range of product categories including apparel, toys, electronics, food, home goods, personal care, books and others. As a result, the number of facilities involved in the production of Disney‐branded products may be larger than for companies that operate in only one or a limited number of product categories. In addition, because we require vendors to disclose any facility where Disney intellectual property is present as part of the manufacturing process, the list includes facilities that may extend beyond finished goods manufacturers or final assembly locations. This list includes the names and addresses of facilities authorized to manufacture products or components incorporating Disney intellectual property for sale, distribution or use in Disney’s own retail businesses and other internal operations as of December 3, 2019. We intend to update this list annually. While we have attempted to ensure the accuracy of this list, it may contain errors and omissions as a result of translation issues, insufficient or inaccurate reporting to Disney, timing of new or lapsed contracts, contractual limitations and anti‐piracy protection. Inclusion in this list does not constitute a general authorization for a facility to manufacture Disney‐branded products; such authorizations are granted only by a separate written agreement and subject to specifications and limitations. In addition, Disney makes no representation regarding any of these facilities for any purpose. This list of facilities changes frequently. Distributed Scatterer InSAR (DSInSAR) provides a new high-resolution method for the precise detection of surface motion change. In contrast to the first-generation of time-series InSAR methodology, the distributed scatterer-based method focuses both on pointwise targets with high phase stability and distributed targets with moderate coherence, the latter of which is more suitable for the comprehensive environment of the Lianjiang Plain.

SeriTechnics Historical Silk Technologies Edition Open Access Series Editors Ian T. Baldwin, Gerd Graßhoff, Jürgen Renn, Dagmar Schäfer, Robert Schlögl, Bernard F. Schutz Edition Open Access Development Team Lindy Divarci, Samuel Gfrörer, Klaus Thoden, Malte Vogl The Edition Open Access (EOA) platform was founded to bring together publication ini tiatives seeking to disseminate the results of scholarly work in a format that combines tra ditional publications with the digital medium. It currently hosts the openaccess publica tions of the “Max Planck Research Library for the History and Development of Knowledge” (MPRL) and “Edition Open Sources” (EOS). EOA is open to host other open access initia tives similar in conception and spirit, in accordance with the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the sciences and humanities, which was launched by the Max Planck Society in 2003. By combining the advantages of traditional publications and the digital medium, the platform offers a new way of publishing research and of studying historical topics or current issues in relation to primary materials that are otherwise not easily available. The volumes are available both as printed books and as online open access publications. They are directed at scholars and students of various disciplines, and at a broader public interested in how science shapes our world.
