WRAPPED VEHICLE

Wrapped vehicle campaigns give brands the opportunity to showcase their creativity in a unique and mobile format. These programs are often paired with large-scale events, tours and/or street promotions. Whether it’s providing car service to attendees for an event, shuttling VIPs around in style, outfitting the interior as a pop-up shop or simply using the facade of the vehicle as a mobile billboard, these campaigns offer brands the chance to transform an everyday mode of transportation into a messaging opportunity.

BIKE CARTS

To add a bit of flair to an everyday sampling program, Glow Global Events can provide colorful bike carts, wrapped in the client’s imagery and messaging. Options for branding include all panels of the carts as well as the , and carts can store both refrigerated/frozen items as well as dry collateral/samples and premiums. Brand ambassadors can be staffed to man each cart, hitting up high traffic locations in the brand’s chosen market(s). Standard billboards just got a high-tech makeover, and we have a savvy in- house projection media team ready to conceptualize and execute a branding campaign with this state-of-the-art technology.

CHALK ART/POWER WASHING

For this program, we take a client’s brand messaging to the sidewalk via power washing.

Power washing blasts messages directly onto city sidewalks using high- pressure power washers and heavy-duty stencils. This form of advertising is a great way to spread brand awareness and buzz in an unexpected manner while remaining environmentally friendly.

SCOOTERS

A step up from traditional street promotions, we can provide custom branded scooters, complete with billboard trailers and teams of brand ambassadors. 27 Client: Commission on Human Rights Event: Salary History Campaign Location: New York (Staten Island, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn)

Scope: Glow Global Events managed a city-wide street campaign to promote the new Salary History Law. The law states that employers can not request the salary history of any applicant to ensure that all potential employees are paid based on their qualifications.

Glow Global Events created and executed a strategic plan to distribute 350 posters to each borough of New York.

Results [Glow and Behold]: Businesses were canvassed throughout the campaign. There was a total of 361 businesses canvassed within 20 zip codes. Through Glow's client network, we facilitated a partnership with Housing Works to canvas 14 of their locations (both corporate offices and thrift stores). 29

Client: Ashley Stewart Stores Community Foundation The Ashley Stewart Stores Community Foundation celebrated its First Annual Event: Benefit Gala “ Back to Harlem” Benefit Gala “Back to Harlem” with a star studded soiree at Harlem’s World Location: Apollo Theater, Harlem, New York, USA Famous Apollo Theater, New York. Three worthy organizations were honored with 1,000 Attendees charitable contributions raised by this event; for Success, The Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund and The Boys Choir of Harlem. The Summit was designed to move from insights to action where leaders from diverse regions, sectors and backgrounds can share and learn about effective solutions for strengthening in collaboration, through panel discussions and intralocal entrepreneurship ecosystems. Building on the recommendations set forth in the Accelerating Entrepreneurship in Africa report issued by Omidyar Network sessions, the goal is to enable the understanding and application of practical approaches to advancing Africa's entrepreneur economy so that we, together, can drive greater prosperity.

Client: Omidyar Network Results [Glow and Behold]: In addition to the logistics and event management, Event: African Entrepreneurship Summit we saved the client 38% in expenses on accommodations and F&B costs by Location: Belle Mare, Mauritius negotiating full-board rate, which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. The event theme was “The Changing of the Guard?” because it focused on the most pressing global questions of our time, such as economic inequality and financial instability, all set against the backdrop of Asia’s rising importance in the world. The conference was co-sponsored by INET’s partners at the Fung Global Institute and the Centre for International Governance Innovation.

Client: Institute for New Economic Thinking Results [Glow and Behold]: We were able to save the client 46% in air travel by Event: Annual Conference partnering with Cathay Pacific to fly attendees into town.
