TRANSPORTATION & TEAM HOMES Upon arriving at Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ), all participants and guests will go through Jamaican customs and retrieve their bags. After securing your bags you will proceed to another short customs area and enter the airport exit terminal. Once there you will proceed to the TRYALL DESK and give them your name and they will direct you to the awaiting shuttles for the approximate 25-minute trip to Tryall.

For those interested in additional items for your home at Tryall, there is a supermarket named MEGA MART which is on the way from the airport to Tryall. If you would like to stop and grab anything just let your driver know. They all know where it is. A lot of teams do stop for beverages and other items. There is a commissary on the grounds of Tryall, which has a lot of items, but this is another option. If you do choose to stop, please ensure the other guests on your shuttle also want to stop. Some guests do not require it and prefer to go straight to Tryall.

Upon arriving at Tryall, all participants and guests MUST check-in at THE GREAT HOUSE before they transport you to your team’s home. All fees for homes and home staff gratuity have been paid for by the Southwest PGA Foundation. All participants and guests are only responsible for incidentals e.g. goods purchased at the commissary or golf shop.

Breakfast will be prepared daily by your chef in your team’s home. The daily breakfast is included in your entry fee and you will not incur any additional costs. In addition to breakfast, your home’s staff can prepare anything you like for team lunches or dinners when there is not an organized reception. This includes daily fresh seafood (fish and lobster). Please let your staff know as the orders have to be placed in the mornings with the fishermen.

Also included in your entry fee is the gratuity for your home’s staff. You have the option (not required) to provide additional gratuity upon departure. If you have any questions regarding the gratuity paid for each home, please inquire with Bill Ibrahim.

Please note all transportation has been paid for by the Southwest PGA Foundation. No participant or guest should ever pay the drivers for any transportation we arranged i.e. to and from MBJ and to and from Round Hill for the opening reception. If the drivers ask for any money, direct them to Tryall representatives at the Great House. If you want to give them a gratuity for any assistance with your luggage that is your option but not required.
