RESOLUTION NO. 100-2007,\ (On Motioned by Member Gomez and seconded by Member Cendana)

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE DESIRE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA. LAGUNA TO ENTER INTO A SISTER cm AGREEMENT WITH THE cm OF , METRO .

WHEREAS, it is the mutual interest of Honorable Mayor Jejomar C. Binay and our beloved Mayor, Honorable Arlene Arcillas Nazareno to strengthen the relationship of the City of Makati and the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna;

WHEREAS, with an agreement of sisterhood, both the prosperous City of Makati and the City of Santa Rosa, being presently considered the Rising Investment Capital in Southern , can share and achieve knowledge and information towards the realization of a more desirable level of socio-economic development, effective local legislation and administration and healthy environment;

WHEREAS, the City of Makati in a letter dated July 25, 2007, expressed their sincerity in the sisterhood relation and anticipates the favorable consideration of this city; r) .< .i. r -

NOW THREREFORE, on a motion duly seconded:

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that by way of this resolution express the desire of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna to enter into a Sister City Agreement with the City of Makati, .
