The GSF Act expressly excludes certain entities from the definition of a Listed agency per s 2.4(b)-(g) GSF agency (refer to s 2.4(4)), e.g. the Legislature of NSW. These entities are omitted from the table. Listed

It identifies: State Owned Corporation as SOC • the entity’s Class (i.e. the relevant category under s 2.4 of the GSF Act, please refer to Key), per s2.4(1)(h) • the Relevant Legislation of the entity, and the entity’s Accountable Authority. • Statutory body representing the Statutory
