The stock is made in-house and simmered for about 8 hours with high quality bones (chicken, beef, pork) along with kombu, onions, and garlic producing a clear broth that’s delicate yet complex. All of the bowls (except the veggie) are topped with garlic, onions, bean sprouts, ground pork, chashu, nori, and scallions. The veggie comes with egg-free noodles and topped with assorted vegetables making it vegan friendly. SHIO This ramen shows off our delicate and complex stock the best.
