Utilizing genuine recycled, vintage Hammond organ parts, these instruments provide the original organ experience with none of the logistical drawbacks. The weight has been reduced to a fifth of some original models making these instruments lighter and smaller than even the sleekest B3 chop. Without the need for constant maintenance, including tube replacement, oiling, cleaning, and repair, these instruments are road ready and make the perfect addition to any stage or touring rig.

We’ve wired the original organ infrastructure into a patented MIDI capable interface which can be applied to a wide array of MIDI software. Featuring both MIDI and USB outputs, a MIDI merge input, as well as ¼ inch input jacks for volume and expression pedals as well as Leslie speed and brake switches, the customizable control options are almost limitless.

This new line of ORGANic MIDI controllers is the culmination of two years of research and development. Our goal has been to create an instrument capable of recreating the incredible experience of a traditional B3 while alleviating the complications caused when performing with original organs. We have created controllers ready for any environment that are both reliable and easily mobile.

Transporting original Hammonds has never been an easy task. Touring crews are often faced with the frustration of moving an instrument that’s both incredibly heavy and extremely delicate. To combat these obstacles, we’ve designed our controllers to be lightweight as well as rugged and durable. The controller’s digital interface also eliminates the need for regular maintenance required with traditional organs.

Because our controllers are designed and constructed Pictured: Thollem McDonas (Thollem Electric) carries with all original Hammond parts, none of the feel or the AO MINI controller with ease control is lost. We fashion our cases from wood salvaged from original Hammond organs to create a sturdy body which can handle the stresses of the road. Using the original keys, drawbars, and switches, our controllers offer the incredible experience of traditional organs that is lost with other “clone” instruments. We’ve even created an optional built in connector kit which allows players to use original Leslie tone cabinets with our controllers.
