Who we are Hallmark Health is a coordinated system of , physician practices and community-based services providing care for communities throughout north suburban . Since its inception in 1997, Hallmark Health has been committed to its mission of providing quality care for its communities and achieving clinical excellence for the patients it serves. The system includes Melrose-Wakefeld , Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford; Hallmark Health Medical Center, Reading; Hallmark Health Medical Associates; Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice; and Lawrence Memorial/Regis College School of Nursing.

Hallmark Health has relationships with key academic medical centers and providers including General Hospital across multiple clinical areas, including cardiac care; for excellence in neonatology and Joslin Center for diabetes care management.

Melrose-Wakefeld Hospital in Melrose and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford have been offering acute care and specialty services for more than 100 years combined. Melrose-Wakefeld Hospital is the only area community hospital to offer life-saving emergency angioplasty. Hallmark Health is the only hospital system in to achieve Magnet® Recognition – the gold standard for nursing excellence.

Hallmark Health Medical Center in Reading is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility that offers a full range of outpatient services, including full-service physical therapy, imaging, wellness education, urgent care and physician practices in a convenient community setting.

Awarded for excellence Hallmark Health Medical Associates is a group of more than 90 physicians and nurse practitioners in family medicine and primary care, and specialties such as endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology and oncology, infectious disease, obstetrics and gynecology, pulmonology and surgery. Physician practices are conveniently located in more than a dozen communities.

Hallmark Health Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) and Hospice provides high-quality home health and supportive care to residents in more than 20 cities and towns north of Boston.

Hallmark Health Urgent Care, with locations in Medford and Reading, offers prompt, personalized care for non-life threatening emergencies for patients of all ages.

Our commitment to the communities we serve Core to our values, Hallmark Health’s commitment to community is demonstrated by the more than 40 local health programs throughout our service area, and participation in partnership with community events, health screenings and education programs in more than 10 communities for the wellness and health of our residents.
