Logistic information for CeDInt visitors: How to get to CeDInt. CeDInt is located in Campus de Montegancedo, 14 Km from the center of Madrid, in a specially protected natural environment. If you drive your own car please take in account that it may take you longer than expected to get here depending on traffic conditions. Find bellow a generic map with relative situation of the CeDInt Building against main transport centers. ROUTES FROM MADRID TO CAMPUS DE MONTEGANCEDO 1. If you drive your own car: find your way to Motorway M‐40 the second outer ring surrounding Madrid. From M‐40, if you are coming from North (driving counter clockwise) take exit 38 and follow indications for U.P.M. Campus Montegancedo. If you are coming from South (driving clockwise) take exit 36 and follow the signals to Campus de Montegancedo. Once inside the campus go left in the first roundabout. Follow the road about 600m until you reach a T junction, and take right. The CeDInt building is the first to your right (200m). You can find parking space to your left in front of the building. Once you enter the Campus, please, follow the red route. 2. If you come by taxi, please give these instructions to the driver: El CeDInt es un edificio del Campus de Montegancedo de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid en Pozuelo de Alarcón, junto a la M‐40. Para llegar vaya a la M‐40. Si viene del norte coja la salida 38, y continúe por la vía de servicio hasta ver una entrada a la derecha señalizada como U.P.M. Campus de Montegancedo. Si viene desde el sur es la salida 36 y las indicaciones son las mismas, U.P.M. Campus de Montegancedo, teniendo que cruzar la M‐40 por debajo a su Izquierda. Una vez dentro del campus gire a la izquierda en la primera rotonda, continúe 600m y continúe por la derecha en el cruce, el CeDInt es primer edificio a la derecha (200m del cruce). 3. Bus schedules Drop Bus Here Take Bus Here Return to Madrid by BUS: To return to Madrid by BUS please pay attention to the table below for Bus Schedule: 591 line 591 Bus Stop (Aluche´s transportation hub) Find your way to Aluche where the bus to Montegancedo begins, pay special attention to the timetables below as the service is very sparse. You can get to Aluche by Metro (line 5) or by Train (Cercanías RENFE), the 591 Bus Stop is next to the Terminal of Aluche (see photo below). 591 Bus stop When travelling by Cercanías to Aluche use Line C‐5 (IMPORTANT! Take the direction Móstoles – El Soto). Don´t worry about timetables because there is one every 8 minutes aproximatly. Stop in Aluche station. Bus schedules (Madrid CeDInt) Take Bus Here Drop Bus Here and walk like we showed in the third page (Red route) Return to Madrid by BUS: To return to Madrid by BUS please pay attention to the table below for Bus Schedule: Partial Metro Map: Ciudad Universitaria Station, connection to bus 865 Aluche Station, connection to bus 591 HOW TO ARRIVE TO CITY CENTER FROM THE AIRPORT How go to Moncloa from Barajas ‐ Adolfo Suárez Airport Once you land in Madrid, please, follow the signals to the Metro of Madrid (do not confuse with Cercanías Renfe). Metro & Cercanías Logos Airport Metro Station (Line 8). Connection to Nuevos Ministerios Station. To buy tickets, you should find METRO ticket machines and select Moncloa Station. Ticket Machines Going from the Airport to Moncloa it takes around 35 minutes. Next, find the Line 8 and take the direction to Nuevos Ministerios. In Nuevos Ministerios, follow the signals to connect with Line 6” to get to Moncloa. .
