All of that will go away once you're on Voat. I don't think I'd be visiting this sub if it's just guys sharing their experiences (which will end up sounding VERY familiar cause AWALT) or people trying to be deep showing a picture of nature titled "Mgtow". No, the good part that keeps me interested is how it spreads. Y'know, the growth part. Something stops spreading if you remove it from all popular outlets. If this sub moves to Voat, the only people who will move with it are some of the current subbers but it'll rarely generate any new crowd from that moment on. Voat isn't popular at all, it'll be a place for all the outcast subs but the large majority will continue to operate on Reddit. And sorry to tell ya'll but 70k subs isn't really a lot yet when you see that a subreddit about a videogame has nearly as much already for example. I've commented less frequently over the past few months because 'my hospital stay was over,' to stay with the figurative language from that advisory. Big thank you to everyone who has kept this r/MGTOW subreddit going, and who helped me find a new outlook and philosophy about life. I'll hate it if r/MGTOW disappears, but it's great to realize that doing a web search for 'MGTOW' is all it will take to find successor communities where we can all re-converge to keep it all going.
