Whitaker M. Johnson Career Summary Senior Managing Director Mr. Johnson is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of HFF with more than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in highly structured transactions that include mezzanine financing and/or equity placements coupled with a traditional first loan. During the course of his career with HFF, Mr. Johnson has completed in excess of $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Johnson joined the firm in February 1995. Prior to HFF, he was a Vice President with Lomas Management, which oversaw multiple mortgage REIT’s traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
