Protect the House (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Great America Committee, Kevin McCarthy for Congress, NRCC, MC PAC, Don Bacon for Congress, Blum for Congress, Denham for Congress, Faso for Congress, Brian Fitzpatrick for Congress, Hurd for Congress, Katko for Congress, Steve Knight for Congress, Jason Lewis for Congress, Inc., Mast for Congress, Friends of Erik Paulsen, Poliquin for Congress, Claudia Tenney for Congress, Valadao for Con- gress, Young for Iowa, Inc., Mike Bost for Congress Committee, Culberson for Congress, Mike Bishop for Congress, Andy Barr for Congress, Inc., Scott Taylor for Congress, Rothfus for Congress, Smucker for Congress, Coffman for Congress 2018, Comstock for Congress, Carlos Curbelo Congress (for purposes of this Notice, the previous 25, collectively, the “Campaigns”), Arizona Republican Party (Federal Account), California Republican Party Federal Acct, Republican Party of Florida (Federal Account), Illinois Republican Party (Federal Account), Republican Party of Iowa (Federal Account), Kansas Republican Party (Federal Account), Michigan Republican Party (Federal Account), Republican Party of Minnesota - Feder- al, Nevada Republican Central Committee (Federal Account), New Jersey Republican State Committee (Federal Account), NY Republican Federal Campaign Committee, Republican Federal Committee of Pennsylvania, Republican Party of Texas (Federal Account), Republican Party of Virginia Inc. (Federal Account) (these previous 14, collectively, “State Parties”) (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution lim- its, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.

Contributions From Individuals or Federal Non-Multicandidate PACs (Federal Multicandidate PAC in Parentheses): Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs (federal multicandidate PACs) may contribute up to $527,700 ($445,000) annually. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:

1. Great America Committee and Kevin McCarthy for Congress shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $10,000 ($10,000), with Kevin McCarthy for Congress designating up to $2,700 ($2,500) to the primary election and up to $2,300 ($2,500) to the general election. Great America Committee’s portion shall not exceed $5,000 ($5,000) annually. 2. Kevin McCarthy for Congress shall receive any contribution not exceeding $400 for designation to the general election ($5,000, designating up to $2,500 to the primary election and up to $2,500 to the general election). 3. NRCC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $33,900 ($15,000) annually. 4. MC PAC and Campaigns shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $130,000 ($130,000), with the Campaigns designating up to $2,700 ($2,500) to the primary election and up to $2,300 ($2,500) to the general election. MC PAC’s portion shall not exceed $5,000 ($5,000) annually. 5. Campaigns shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $10,000, designating up to $400 to the general election ($125,000, designating up to $2,500 to the primary election and up to $2,500 to the general election). 6. State Parties shall receive for their respective federal accounts equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $140,000 ($70,000) annually. 7. NRCC shall receive for its Building Fund any contribution not exceeding $101,700 ($45,000) annually. 8. NRCC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any contribution not exceeding $101,700 ($45,000) annually.

Contributions to Protect the House, or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable do- nations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The contributor’s signature designates his or her contribution to the elections described above. Contributions that exceed a donor’s contribution limit to a participating Committee shall be reallocated to the remaining Committees according to this allocation formula to the extent permitted by FECA. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a spe- cific participant Committee to the extent permitted by FECA. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
