Capitol Hill Challenge™ WINNING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS – 2020 THE PROGRAM The Capitol Hill Challenge™ (CHC) presented by the Charles Schwab Foundation, Senator Rob Portman, Ohio is a special edition of The Stock Market Game™ offered every spring. CHC matches Members of Representative Jamie Raskin, Maryland Congress with students, teachers, and schools in their Raveena High School teacher, Matthew Wunderle and his first place 2020 Capitol Hill Challenge team.
