SK Community Facebook Group Our Facebook group will now be completely centered around supporting everyone following one of our templates. All support will be done in our private group, so people can help each other and we can answer questions for the entire group. Having the group structure is ideal because it creates a community of support whereas one on one is limited in that scope.

The group is not for asking for specific macros on your program, asking for a personalized calorie adjustment. We want the group centered around helping you FOLLOW the program we gave you and making sure you are confident in your choices and decisions.

By participating in the group we are all supporting each other because following nutrition programs can sometimes be challenging (and rewarding!) and asking for ideas, sharing successes and adhering to the program is what the group is for.

Program Specifics In essence, you receive a whole-food based nutrition plan with plenty of flexibility for meals and snacks and the option to plug in Strong Kitchen meals wherever you want. The program runs for as long as you are making progress. Stay on a phase until it stops working, then move onto the next phase. After those phases run their you can purchase a new program which is most appropriate as your weight and metabolism now require a new program.

Your progress is measured via weight, how your clothes fit, how you look in the mirror and performance in the gym. Once progress slows, you move onto the next phase of the program and repeat. When you have moved through all phases it is time to purchase a new plan.

For instance, you begin the program and follow Phase 1, losing weight each week for 5 weeks. At the 5 week mark, you stall in weight and performance for two weeks. At this point you move to Phase 2 and repeat for as long as progress occurs. When you finish Phase 2 you then move to the maintenance phase until you are ready to purchase a new plan.

Coach and Client Agreement When you submit your application, the program you receive IS YOUR PROGRAM and will not be individualized on a daily or weekly basis. The Facebook group is not for asking for updates, tweaks or personalization such as Keto, Vegetarian, FODMAP or any other specific dietary guidelines. You are receiving a customized program that is adjusted based on your goals but if you have dietary specifics or health issues needing to be address, this is out of the scope of this program and we recommend seeking your needs elsewhere.

All questions and support occur within the group. We will not respond to emails or private messages.
