Suthaharan Nadarajah Suthaharan Nadarajah is a Tamil political activist and a lec- turer in International Relations at SOAS, University of London. His research focuses on the international community’s efforts to secure global liberal order through the frameworks of security, development and liberal governance, and the con- sequences for political struggle. His doctoral thesis (SOAS, University of London) used Sri Lanka’s armed conflict and the Norwegian-led peace process as case studies.
