Suthaharan Nadarajah Suthaharan Nadarajah is a Tamil political activist and a lec- turer in International Relations at SOAS, University of London. His research focuses on the international community’s ef- forts to secure global liberal order through the frameworks of security, development and liberal governance, and the con- sequences for political struggle. His doctoral thesis (SOAS, University of London) used Sri Lanka’s armed conflict and the Norwegian-led peace process as case studies.
