3 Plafotherm® B 100 SD Fully insulated.

Post Cap heated/chilled ceiling, insulated against fl anking sound transmission

When you want to alter the floor layout as quickly and easily as possible use Plafotherm® B 100 SD which is insulated against flanking sound transmission. This system is often used in conjunction with demountable partition walls. With its outstanding longitudinal sound reduction properties of between 43 dB and 62 dB (depending on the ceiling design), this heated and chilled ceiling system is excellently suited to ensure soundproofing from room to room.

5 Plafotherm® F30 A cool ceiling for hot affairs.

Swing-down system with integrated heating and cooling functions

Plafotherm® F30-A/AB, with and without mineral wool, consists of a G-profile suspension system, enabling the ceiling panel to swing down and slide along the corridor, thus allowing inspection work in the ceiling void. Sturdy suspension hooks ensure that the panels will not fall out.

Where the building calls for -retardance, then the ceiling has to carry the fire resistance rating of F30 tested to DIN 4102-2 or EI30 tested to DIN EN 13501-2.

9 Hydraulic Components For perfect connections.

For perfect heating and cooling connections, Lindner Advantages: provides a great number of hydraulic components - Tested system and accessory parts. - One-stop solutions - Ideal for heating/cooling systems - Maintained independently from other building trades

Multifunctional regulation unit The multifunctional regulation unit is ideal for heated and chilled ceiling systems. It consists of a multifunctional ball valve, a control valve with adjustable drive, system distributor, air-bleeding system and various connecting elements. This multifunctional ball valve makes it very easy to flush out and bleed the control zones independently of the main system. This means that the chilled ceiling can be maintained independently from other building trades.

Connection hoses and fittings High-grade steel hoses are in high-grade steel are oxygen impermeable, tested to DIN 4726, and are used as connection and distribution hoses. These hoses are perfectly suited to accept a large number of fittings. A system distributor with three outgoing lines completes the system.

Multilayer composite (MV) pipe system The MV pipe system is oxygen impermeable as per DIN 4726 and includes an MV system distributor with two and three outlets, MV clamped screw connection and special MV pressing transmission to which to fit the heating and cooling pipework.

Copper pipe system For main and distribution pipes, we offer high-quality, current-tested conduits made of copper as per EN 1057 and fittings as per EN 1254.
