Oxfordshire Winterlake is ideally positioned between the villages of Kirtlington and Bletchingdon, a short drive from the centre of Oxford. This fine family home is situated just outside the popular village of Kirtlington with its village green, primary school, two public houses, golf course and polo club. Travel communications in the area are excellent with the A34 within striking distance providing fast access to Oxford and Newbury and to the M40 (London and ) and the A40 west to is also close by. Winterlake Winterlake is approached off a country lane through a broad gravel entrance with stone gateposts and double, wrought-iron gates. The driveway leads through the grounds, terminating in a parking area at the front of the house. The house was originally constructed in the late 1960s with later additions and is constructed of block under a tile roof.
