The BraBABY® is specially designed to protect your padded in a fully loaded . Please review the simple instructions that follow to begin using your BraBABY®.

Washing alone may cause the lock to break. 2. Unlock by turning and pulling out lock. 3. Separate the outer shell by rotating the two sides of the BraBABY® until the two red arrows align, and then gently pulling the two halves of the outer shell apart. 4. Take out the inner shell. 5. Hook the back of the bra together and place each cup around the inner shell. 6. Secure all bra straps by twisting together. Insert the entire strap bundle into a vent hole of the inner shell (see detail page 4). Place the outer shell around the bra and inner shell (see detail page 4). 7. Align the red arrows of the outer shell so the tabs become nested and ready for closure. 8. Close the outer shell by rotating the red arrows away from each other. 9. Insert and turn the lock to the closed position. 10. Your bra is now protected and ready for washing with a full load of laundry in a standard consumer washing machine. 11. Place BraBABY® in the washing machine prior to loading the rest of your laundry. 12. Your BraBABY® is safe to use in the dryer. 13. Check bra to ensure it is still in the correct position and has not shifted in wash before placing BraBABY® in dryer.

For best results, follow directions on your bra’s label for washing temperature, recommendations and long term care. Please check the label on your bra before use in a dryer. When using the BraBABY® in the dryer, be aware the most dry quickly and may be able to be removed from the dryer before the rest of the load is finished drying.

2 Assemble the Inner Shell INNER SHELL 1. Align hinges of inner shell. 2. Carefully snap front and rear hinge together. 1. Assemble the Outer Shell Step 1: Place the two halves of the outer shell together so that the red arrows align.

Step 2: Make sure the tabs become nested and ready for closure. 2.

Step 3: Gently rotate the two halves of outer shell (inner shell not shown) so that the red arrows move away from each other.

Place outer shell around the bra and the inner shell.

Check bra to ensure it is still in the correct position and has not shifted in wash before placing BraBABY® in dryer.

4 About Your BraBABY® ® BraBABY® fits A, B, C, & D* cup sizes. For use with a D cup bra, remove the inner shell and place bra into outer shell with the cups facing outward and straps tucked inside. The BraBABY® is not recommended for padded D cup bras.

*D, E, and F cup sized BraBABY® D+ is available from the manufacturer. The BraBABY® D+ is for front load washers only.

Steps for Breast Self-Examination Just as your period is ending (or at the same time each month if you do not have periods), check for any change in the normal look or feel of your breasts. Report any changes you notice to your doctor or nurse. Schedule regular breast exams and ask about a mammogram.

Step 1: Lying Down • Feel your breasts for a hard lump, thickening or any change in your breast tissue. • Lie down on your back with a pillow under your right shoulder • Use the pads of the three middle fingers on your left hand to examine your right breast • Press using light, medium and firm pressure in a circular motion without lifting your fingers off the skin. • Follow in an up and down pattern • Feel for changes in your breast, above and below your collarbone and in your armpit area • Repeat on your left breast using our right hand • These steps may be repeated while bathing or showering using wet, soapy hands

Step 2: In Front of the Mirror • Look for any changes in your breasts from normal. • Inspect your breasts in four steps: • Hold your arms at your sides; • Hold your arms over your head; • Press your hands on hips and tighten • chest muscles; • Bend forward with your hands on your hips
