Dakota County is planning a greenway through Lilydale, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul, and South St. Paul, that includes a recreational trail, water quality improvements, and habitat OPEN HOUSE enhancements. The River to River Greenway will travel 8 miles along an east-west corridor connecting the River to the . I-494 DAKOTA COUNTY GREENWAY COLLABORATIVE River to River Greenway OPEN HOUSE DRAFT MASTER PLAN Wednesday, February 4, The Dakota County Greenway Vision 2030 proposes a network of more than 200 miles of 2015 multifunctional corridors that provide habitat, recreation, water quality, and transportation. 5:00 - 7:00 PM Over the past six months, Dakota County has been master planning the River to River Thompson County Park Greenway, along the trail corridor formerly known as the North Urban Regional Trail. The Dakota Lodge draft master plan for this corridor will be released for public review and comment in mid- 360 Butler Avenue East February, 2015. Residents are invited to learn more about the River to River Greenway West St. Paul, MN 55118 during the open house on February 4th. Staff will be available to talk with residents about the greenway, which will connect the Minnesota River Greenway (Big Rivers Regional Trail) at Lilydale Road to the Mississippi River Trail in South St. Paul.
