Students are asked to provide their exact contact No. (Mobile No.) as the provisionally selected candidates will be notified only through SMS. The Provisionally selected student has to attend an interview. 3. The candidates should produce the following at the time of Interview without fail. i) Transfer certificate and conduct certificate in original and one attested copy from the Head of the institution where she studied last ii) Community certificate in the prescribed format in original along with two attested copies. iii) Higher Secondary Course Examination marks statement in original along with two attested copies. iv) Statement of marks obtained at the Bachelor's Degree Examination original and two attested copies ONLY IN THE CASE OF CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR MASTER'S DEGREE IN TAMIL. v) Income certificate if available in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Classes, Denotified communities, Most Backward classes and SC & ST. vi) Pass certificate in the case of candidates from Universities other than Madras University.

(All the original certificates except the Community Certificate and mark sheet will be retained by the college. The candidates are therefore advised to take enough Photo copies of the certificates before submitting to the college)

4. The admission of the student is purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the University of Madras, of the relevant Rules and Regulations. In the event of rejection of the provisional admission of an individual, on any one or other ground by the University of Madras, the admission of such candidates will automatically be cancelled and no refund of the fees paid will be allowed.

5. Admission is subject to verification of marks certificate by Director of Government Examination and if the mark certificate is found to be bogus, admission is liable for cancellation besides criminal action being taken.

6. The candidates who possess qualification which is required to be recognised by the Univer- sity of Madras must get it recognised and produce the same along with their \ application or at least at the time of interview. 7. Use of Mobile Phone is Strictly Prohibited in the Campus. In this regard an undertaking should be given by this parents at the time of admission. 8. A candidate selected for admission at the interview should pay immediately the full fees or otherwise her provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled without any notice.

9 FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

10. Ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable as per the Prohibition of Ragging Act.
