TIMEBUILDING IN FLORIDA USING A N-REGISTERED AIRCRAFT Pilots holding a non-US Pilot certificate have to convert their foreign license to an USA-Restricted License (PPL) first.

1. You should be in possession of: l a passport that is valid for 6 months after departure of the USA l valid foreign pilot license l valid foreign medical Please make sure that the name on your license and medical matches the one in your passport (if you have a middle name, it has to show on your license and medical).

2. Application for an USA-restricted License (based on the credentials of your foreign license) l Download and print form Verification of Authenticity of Foreign License from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) website (make sure you have the current one) https://www.faa.gov/forms/ The form you are looking for is AC 8060-71. l Fill out form • License Students apply for is FAA Private Pilot License • The Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) is S. 4. Once you receive the FAA Verification Letter (valid for 6 months from the date it was issued), book your flight and let us know your arrival date. 5. Arrival at Global Flight Training Solutions Facility Our Team will welcome you and go through GFTS’s Terms and Conditions. You receive our GFTS Safety Policies and Procedures and meet your FAA Certified Flight Instructor. He will set you up in IACRA (Integrated Airman Certification and Rating application) and schedule the appointment with the FAA examiner who issues you the US restricted Private Pilot License.

6. All first-time customers who are getting their US-restricted Private Pilot License and committed to do Flight Time Building in US-Airspace with Global Flight Training Solutions have to attend our TBI-RPPL61 course. This course is a minimum of 15hrs course which includes Ground and Flight instruction. This course not only activates your US-restricted Private Pilot License, it will also familiarizes you with the FAA requirements, flight procedures, as well as flying in different Air-Spaces.

ST. AUGUSTINE is a city on the northeast coast of Florida. It lays claim to being the oldest city in the U.S. and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture as well as beaches.

STUART is a city on Florida’s Atlantic Coast. The House of Refuge at Gilbert’s Bar is a restored home once used as a haven for shipwrecked sailors in the 1900s. Stuart Heritage Museum has local history displays, including furniture from early pioneer homes.

VERO BEACH is a small Florida city, with Atlantic- facing beaches on a barrier island across the Indian River Lagoon. South Beach Park offers wide sands and volleyball courts. Downtown’s South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry. On the outskirts, McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily–filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans.

SEBRING is a city in Highlands County, Florida, , nicknamed “The City on the Circle”, in reference to Circle Drive, the center of the Sebring Downtown Historic District.

Boca Raton is a city on Florida’s southeastern coast, known for its parks and beaches. Large, oceanfront Red Reef Park is home to the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center with trails, a butterfly garden, and a sea turtle sanctuary. FORT PIERCE is a city on the east coast of Florida. The oceanfront National Navy SEAL Museum displays weapons, vehicles, and other naval artifacts. Nearby, Fort Pierce Inlet State Park has a long beach, where swimming and surfing are popular.

POMPANO BEACH is a Florida city just north of Fort Lauderdale. It’s known for its beaches, marinas and offshore coral reef, plus numerous wrecks andother dive sites. The long Pompano Beach Pier stretches into the Atlantic Ocean. North, along the shore, the 1900s Hillsboro Lighthouse guards the Hillsboro Inlet, an entrance to the Intracoastal Waterway. Pompano Community Park has tennis courts and an amphitheater.

GAINESVILLE is a city in northern Florida. It’s known for the University of Florida. Set on the sprawling campus, the Florida Museum of Natural History houses fossils, and ethnographic exhibits. It includes the Butterfly Rainforest, home to hundreds of free-flying butterflies and birds. Harn Museum of Art, the Matheson History Museum.

LAKE CITY is the county seat of Columbia County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city’s population was 12,046. It is the principal city of the Lake City Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is composed of Columbia County, and had a 2010 population of 67,531.

OCALA is a city in central Florida. East of downtown, Fort King National Historic Park was an important Second Seminole War site. The waters of Silver Springs State Park are dotted with kayaks and glass-bottom boats. The park is also the gateway to the woods and lakes of the vast Ocala National Forest to the east. DELAND is a city in the U.S. state of Florida. It is the county seat of Volusia County. The city sits approximately 34 miles north of the central business district of Orlando, and approximately 23 miles west of the central business district of Daytona Beach.

WINTER HAVEN is a city in central Florida, known for its canal-linked Chain of Lakes. Several lakes have waterside parks and eateries, as well as boat ramps and water-sports rentals. On Lake Eloise, Legoland Florida Resort includes Cypress Gardens, a 1930s botanical garden, and Le- go-brick attractions, rides, and a water park. West of the city, Circle B Bar Reserve has forest trails and alligator- inhabited wetlands.

TAMPA is a city on Tampa Bay, along Florida’s Gulf Coast. A major business center, it’s also known for its museums and other cultural offerings. Busch Gardens is an African- themed amusement park with thrill rides and animal- viewing areas. The historic Ybor City neighborhood, developed by Cuban and Spanish cigar-factory workers at the turn of the 20th century, is a dining and nightlife destination.

SARASOTA is a city south of Tampa on Florida’s Gulf Coast that was once the winter home of the Ringling Brothers Circus. Today, it hosts several cultural institutes, notably the Ringling Museum of Art, which showcases old masters and modern art. DESTIN is a city in northwest Florida, in the area known as the Panhandle. It’s known for its Gulf of Mexico beaches and many golf courses, as well as the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. MARATHON is a city in the Florida Keys. It is set on 13 islands, known for their beaches and barrier reef. Loggerhead turtles’ nest at Coco Plum Beach and Sombrero Beach. Curry Hammock State Park has a sandy shoreline and mangrove creek. The Dolphin Research Center offers interactive demos in a shallow lagoon.
