Spandau Ballet Spandau Ballet - Il Film - Soul Boys of the Western World (2014) Senza mai risultare un endorsement plateale della band, un film che ricerca le dinamiche psicologiche di 5 ventenni scagliati con poca consapevolezza nel successo. Un film di George Hencken con Tony Hadley, John Keeble, Gary Kemp, Martin Kemp, Steve Norman. Genere Documentario durata 102 minuti. Produzione USA 2014. - [email protected].

PRIVACY, NOTICE, AND DESIGN Ari Ezra Waldman* CITE AS: 21 STAN. TECH. L. REV. 74 (2018) ABSTRACT Design configures our relationship with a space, whether offline or online. In particular, the design of built online environments can constrain our ability to understand and respond to websites’ data use practices or it can enhance agency by giving us control over information. This Article is the first comprehensive theoretical and empirical approach to the design of privacy policies. Privacy policies today do not convey information in a way understandable to most internet users. This is because they are created without the needs of real people in mind. They are written by lawyers and for lawyers, and they ignore the way most of us make disclosure decisions online. They also ignore the effects of design, aesthetics, and presentation on our decision-making. This Article argues that in addition to focusing on content, privacy regulators must also consider the ways that privacy policy design—the artistic and structural choices that frame and present a company’s privacy terms to the public—can manipulate or coerce users into making risky privacy choices. Abstract This dissertation examines the ideological force of the smallholder trope in various discourses, from classical political economy to early Canadian poetry and agribusiness advertising. The project investigates the increasing elision of smallholders from the socio-economic landscape in Canada by tracing the discursive means of their erasure. I theorize smallholders as ideological tools for reifying industrial culture by focusing on the rhetorical strategies of their deployment.
