Volunteer Opportunity: Help Kids Rock the STAAR Test! We have an urgent need for after school tutors to help 3rd - 5th graders at J. H. Hines Elementary School prepare for the STAAR test now through the first week of May. Volunteer slots are available Monday through Friday from 3:30-4:15 p.m. Duties: help students through self-paced workbooks using reading and math skills. The afternoon snack/recess program needs volunteers from 3:15-4:30 p.m. as well. Contact [email protected] and [email protected] for more information.

URSA Scholars Week Application Deadline Application and Abstract are due Friday, February 28, at 11:59 p.m. Hosted/sponsored by Baylor University URSA (Office of Engaged Learning).
