Auction Date: 18/10/2016, Opening of Sealed Tender cum Auction: 11.00 A.M.

1. The Sale would be on “As is where is and whatever there is“ condition. The above said properties will be sold by the Authorized Officer of the L.I.C Housing Finance Ltd., # 201, 2nd Floor, Krishe Sapphire, Near IMAGE Hospital, Hi-Tech City Main Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500 081 and the interested parties shall submit the Earnest money Deposit (EMD) of 10% of the Reserve Price on or before 17/10/2016 by way of DD / Pay order / Banker's Cheque in favor of L.I.C. Housing Finance Limited. Payable at Hyderabad, along with properly filled tender forms. If the bid amount is less than the Reserve Price, he/She will not be allowed to participate in the auction, if any.

2. The Sealed Tender/Auction will be conducted as per rules of SARFA & ESI Act 2002. The Successful bidder shall pay 25% of the bid amount immediately and the balance shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of Auction.

3. If the successful bidder defaults in effecting payments or fails to adhere to the terms and conditions of Sealed Tender cum Auction in any manner the amount already deposited will be forfeited and he/she shall not have any claim as such for forfeited amount.

4. The Tender cum Sale/Auction would be subject to terms and conditions of Tender affixed at auction place.

5. All statutory and other dues related to respective property are to be borne by the successful bidder.

6. The tender forms will be available with The Authorized officer, between 3 PM to 5 PM from 12-09- 2016 onwards. Last date for receipt of Tender forms: 17-10-2016 by 5.00 PM.

7. Persons interested to participate in the auction should bring (copy of photo Id - Pan card/Passport/Ration card/Driving license/ Aadhar Card & copy of address proof - Ration card / latest Telephone bill / latest Gas connection bill / latest Electricity bill)

8. Persons who wish to participate in multiple auctions should submit Tenders individually along with the E.M.D. s (by way of D.D. / pay Order / Bankers’Cheque) in sealed cover separately for each case.

9. E.M.D refunds will be given only after the auction of all the properties is completed.

10. Only the participant will be allowed inside the auction hall

11. The L.I.C Housing Finance Limited reserves the right to CANCEL / ACCEPT / REJECT / ALTER /MODIFY / POSTPONE the TENDER SALE/Auction without giving any reason whatsoever or prior Notice.
