  • Srpsko-Crnogorska Manjina U Skadru: Izazovi Identiteta
    282 Inis Škreli Univerzitet Babeš-Bolaj, Kluž-Napoka Srpsko-crnogorska manjina u Skadru: izazovi identiteta Apstrakt: Ovaj rad predstavlja istorijsku i sadašnju situaciju u kojoj se nalazi srpsko-crnogor- ska manjina u Skadru i okolini u Albaniji. Rad se fokusira na komponente koje čine kolektivni identitet: (1) jezik kao snažan izvor etničkog identiteta; (2) religiju i au- tostereotipe koji igraju važnu ulogu u definisanju granica grupe i generišu kategori- je (podgrupe) unutar slovenske zajednice u Skadru. Drugi deo rada bavi se haotič- nom tranzicijom nakon komunizma u Albaniji, koja je prouzrokovala iseljavanje Srbo-Crnogoraca u Jugoslaviju. Najzad, razmotriću i popis stanovništva u Albaniji iz 2011. godine, istican kao prvi albanski popis posle 80 godina koji je uključivao pitanja o verskoj i etničkoj pripadnosti, i izneti tvrdnju kako on nije sasvim repre- zentativan kada je reč o Srbima i Crnogorcima i drugim manjinama jer je sadržao izvesne diskriminišuće odredbe prema njima. Ključne reči: Srbo-Crnogorci, Albanija, Skadar, manjine, identitet 283 Cilj ovog rada je da pruži istorijski pregled i opis savremenog stanja srpske i crno- gorske manjine u Albaniji.168 Od 1995. godine Srbi i Crnogorci imaju status srpsko- crnogorske nacionalne manjine. Međutim, kao što ću pokazati, njihov položaj nije tako jasno definisan i postoji mnoštvo varijabli, počevši od samog imena, koje situaciju s ovom manjinom čini manje stabilnom i nepromenljivom nego što bi se to moglo uči- niti na prvi pogled. Pripadnici te zajednice nastanjeni u Skadru sebe nazivaju različito – Crnogorci, Naški (Nashki) ili Vrakačori (Vrakaçor) – i uglavnom naseljavaju centralni i severozapadni deo grada. William Ash Albania’s difference with the Soviet Union over the issue of the true nature of socialism, coupled with its fraternal alliance with People’s China, has been at the very core of the split in the world communist movement. Yet, until William Ash wrote this book, no adequate history of Albania has been published in the West. PICKAXE AND RIFLE is more than an historical account of this interesting but little known country: it is a political and sociological study of the only socialist state in Europe. Having liberated themselves from fascist occupation, how did the Albanian people free themselves also from the whole system of exploitation and defend their new socialist state from the hostile countries all around them?     Widerstand in Osteuropa Albanien Widerstand in Osteuropa Albanien Das seit 1912 nach dem Ersten Balkankrieg politisch unabhängige Albanien wurde 1926 mit dem Tiranapakt wirtschaftlich und politisch weitgehend von Italien abhängig. 1939 besetzten Mussolinis Truppen das schwache Albanien, das er für seine militärischen Pläne in Südosteuropa brauchte. Es entstanden erste Partisanengruppen. Erst nach dem Überfall Hitlers auf die Sowjetunion 1941 konnte sich eine Kommunistische Partei unter Enver Hoxha bilden. Bald darauf gründeten nationale Oppositionelle die Nationale Front. Vertreter beider Gruppen kämpften ebenso gegeneinander wie gegen die italienischen Besatzungstruppen. Nach der italienischen Kapitulation 1943 besetzten Einheiten der deutschen Wehrmacht Albanien und entwaffneten die italienischen Truppen. Seit Herbst 1944 griff eine von Titos Vertrauten beeinflusste Albanische Befreiungsarmee, die Partisanen der Albanischen Befreiungsarmee. von Kommunisten geführt wurde, als Partisanen in das Geschehen ein und schaltete allmählich ihre bürgerlichen Gegner aus, so dass nach dem verlustreichen Abzug der deutschen Truppen Enver Hoxha entscheidende Machtpositionen besaß und seine Diktatur begründen konnte. 30. To this situation, it be added the technological change and the new methodologies that make up a different educational model today. Lifelong learning (LLL) thus becomes a necessity for Albanian teachers who need to adapt to these new changes. It is within this framework that the project "Developing Teacher Competences for a Comprehensive VET System in Albania" is situated.
