    CDG E Pourquoi ? Comment ? La contribution ci-jointe est complémentaire du débat public sur le « prolongement du RER E à l’ouest ». Il s’agit d’une réflexion sur la desserte de l’aéroport de ROISSY Charles de Gaulle, celle-ci ayant aujourd’hui bien du mal à déboucher sur un projet viable: le projet CDG Express reste inabouti car non rentable pour le concessionnaire, le projet « Grand Paris » de desserte par le métro sur pneu de la ligne 14 semble peu réaliste, les voies réservées sur l’autoroute A1 n’emportent pas l’adhésion… Les franciliens ont pris conscience que les grands aéroports européens et mondiaux disposent de liaisons ferrées performantes avec leur ville centre. Ces navettes bénéficient aux salariés qui accèdent aux activités économiques liées à l’aéroport tout autant qu’aux passagers aériens. Aussi puisque les projets d’une liaison performante entre Paris et l’aéroport CDG n’ont pas encore abouti, j’ai souhaité apporter une contribution qui est basée sur l’utilisation partielle de l’infrastructure du RER E. La proposition associe les dessertes du RER E, directes, à celles du RER B, omnibus, avec une même tarification : la tarification francilienne. Elle consiste à faire circuler sur les voies du RER E, du RER B et de tronçons intermédiaires dédiés, des trains destinés à la desserte aéroportuaire entre Haussmann St Lazare (voire Nanterre La Folie) et Roissy CDG cinq fois par heure. Cette desserte peut être envisagée puisque la capacité du tunnel central du « prolongement du RER E à l’ouest » est de 28 trains à l’heure et par sens alors que 22 sillons à l’heure et par sens seront utilisés.

That is why Région Île-de-France has decided to resort exclusively to green and responsible loans for its financing needs. As such, we are very proud that the Region was rewarded, in September 2018, with the most impressive local public issuer award for its green and responsible bond issues on financial markets ("Most Impressive Local Government Green/SRI Bond Issuer"), at the forum of responsible and sustainable capital markets in Amsterdam. The report, recognized as exemplary by the stakeholders, aims to report on environmentally and socially responsible investment projects that the Region materialises each year. It presents our most emblematic projects, built and led so as to promote balanced and sustainable development for the regional territory: environmental and social management of the project, in Valérie Pécresse, particular contribution to the struggle against global warming.
