Chelsea Tipton II, Conductor PROGRAM Chelsea Tipton II, a sought-after American conductor, has John Stafford Smith The Star-Spangled Banner*† appeared with numerous major orchestras and has won Lyrics Francis Scott Key over audiences and critics alike with his vibrant musicality, Arr. Master Sergeant (ret.) Vince Norman accessibility, versatility and commitment to arts education. Richard Hayman Tipton works as the principal pops conductor of the New Pops Hoedown Haven Symphony Orchestra and celebrates his ninth season Samuel Ward America the Beautiful*† as music director of the Symphony of Southeast Texas in Arr. Carmen Dragon Colonel Jim R. Keene, Commander & Conductor Beaumont. Tipton earned a Master of Music degree in orchestral conducting from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor John Williams Hymn to the Fallen from Saving Private Ryan† of Music in clarinet performance from the Eastman School of Leonard Bernstein Overture to West Side Story Music, with additional studies at the University of Cincinnati Arr.
