REPORT TO: LICENSING COMMITTEE ON 4 MAY 2011

SUBJECT: LICENCES DEALT WITH UNDER DELEGATED POWERS

1. REASON FOR REPORT

1.1 The purpose of this Report is to inform the Committee of Licences which have been dealt with under delegated powers in terms of the legislation as undernoted.

1.2. The report is submitted to the Committee in terms of Section F(1) and (2) of the Council's Administrative Scheme relating to the exercise of the function of the Council, as Licensing Authority.

2. RECOMMENDATION

2.1 The Committee is asked to note this Report for information.

3. Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963

3.1 Licences in terms of the above Act have been issued to:-

4. Pet Animals Act 1951
