Most Zumba performances in a day (group) Pink Studio in collaboration with Phoenix MarketCity Mall organised Zumba performances at five venues across Pune on Jan 16, 2016. The group of 29 participants started their performance at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) at 1.30 pm, followed by SGS Mall, Kumar Pacific Mall, Inorbit Mall and ended it at Phoenix City Mall at 7.20 pm. WR: Largest Margam Kali performance St Xavier’s Church, South Thanissery, Kerala organised the largest Margam Kali dance with 646 women parishioners, aged between 7-90 years, at St Antony’s Girls High School Ground on April 16, 2015. The programme began at 7.00 pm with the lighting of the lamp and the dance lasted for 20 min.

WR: Largest Natti performance Rakesh Kanwar, Deputy Commissioner of District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh organised a Natti performance with 9,892 participants at the Rath Ground, Dhalpur on Oct 26, 2015. All men, women and young girls and boys dressed in their traditional fineries danced to Himachali tunes. The event called ‘Pride of Kullu’ propagated the theme ‘Save the Girl child’. The performance also concluded the annual Kullu Dusshera celebrations.

WR: Largest Karma dance performance Mandla District Administration organised Karma Naach performance with 3,049 participants at Mahatma Gandhi Stadium, Mandla, MP on April 11, 2016. The artistes were divided into 61 groups and all were dressed up in the traditional fineries of the Gond tribes for the 5-min performance. The performance was arranged to promote ‘Save the Girl Child’ campaign and was part of the three-day annual Ram Nagar Utsav.
