Note: Proceeds from this charge will be donated to a nominated seafaring charity. MANDATORY WASTE FEE £ (Contribution towards the disposal of ships’ waste and garbage, in accordance with MARPOL regulations) 89.39 per visit ISPS £ Vessel Security Surcharge 45.90 per visit Note : l MASTERS and OWNERS should note that all vessel’s entering the Docks or berthing at ABP’s Riverside Quay, are subject to the provisions of byelaws and statutes applicable to King’s Lynn Docks, and directions given by ABP’s Dock Master at King’s Lynn DUES – MISCELLANEOUS CRAFT £ l Fishing Vessels 212.39 per entry l Tugs & other Craft (except those in CLASS 1) 327.87 per entry Notes : l VAT payable at prevailing rate where applicable l Vessels are NOT permitted to moor at ABP’s Riverside Quay or Docks, without having received the prior permission of ABP Management. 2| Port Charges and Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade LIFTING CHARGES – MISCELLANEOUS CRAFT On application Notes : l VAT payable at prevailing rate where applicable l Whilst afloat within the docks all vessels must remain in a position to move in accordance with any instruction from the Dock Master l Any lifts will be undertaken at ABP’s convenience and strictly without interference to normal commercial traffic l ABP’s form of application/indemnity must be signed and all fees paid before the commencement of any lift l Vessels lifted from the water are to be removed from the dock estate immediately unless prior commercial arrangements for quay rentals etc have been made with the port management. LAY-BY CHARGES Applies to vessels charged under Class 1-2 of this tariff SHORT TERM LAY-BY l AFTER completion of loading or discharge, vessels may be required to move to ABP’s orders from the working berth and are expected to depart on the first available high water. l If remaining at ABP’s berths beyond the first available HW with ABP’s express permission, charges as below shall become due, unless extended lay-by terms have been agreed; £ First 24 hours No charge Next 24 hours or part 331.00 Thereafter – Additional per 24 hours or part 530.40 TERM ARRANGEMENT On application OTHER/MISCELLANEOUS CRAFT 26.27 per metre per week or part Notes : l VAT payable at prevailing rate where applicable l ABP reserves the right to apply charges as per above scale, where a vessel remains uncompleted beyond 3 working days, in either loaded or discharged condition, for reasons beyond ABP’s control. QUAYSIDE STORAGE £ per tonne per week Bulk material 0.40 General cargo POA Crew members going ashore must follow designated walkways wearing a high visibility vest to the port security gatehouse. If not, ABP reserve the right to levy a fine of £100.00 as per Port Safety Notice. Port Charges and Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade | 5 [October 2018] ASSOCIATED BRITISH PORTS STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE IMPORTANT ADVICE The customer’s attention is drawn to specific clauses in these conditions which exclude or limit the liability of ABP (such clauses being 6.4, 11.9, 14, 16.6 18.2, 19.2, 22, 23, 24, 26 require the customer to indemnify or reimburse ABP in certain circumstances (such clauses being clauses 3.2, 4.3, 4.5, 5.3, 6.3, 8.2, 9.3, 10.1, 16.3, 16.5, 17.3, 17.4, 18.2,) and limit time (such clause being clause 25). ABP undertakes no obligation to effect insurance (and makes no charge for insurance). Customers are advised to effect insurance themselves.
