Sodium perborates serve as a source of active oxygen. When mixed with water sodium perborate reacts releasing hydrogen peroxide. High stability is an exclusive property It is inorganic peroxide, odorless, water-soluble chemical to this compound. The hydrogen peroxide formed by this compound prepared in a form of MONOHYDRATE reaction effectively kills microbes. (NaBO3·H2O) or TETRAHYDRATE (NaBO3·4H2O).
