Mr. O'Rourke $175. Sr. Engineer $130. Engineer $105. Drafter $ 75. Technician $ 55. ATR Surveys $ 500. per week per unit plus travel The foregoing rates will remain in effect for six ( 6) months and thereafter until further notice. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES The above fees for engineering services do not include the cost of out-of-pocket expenses, including: travel, meals and lodging, reproductions, telephone charges, messenger or delivery service charges, fees charged by agencies, maps, plans and similar materials. In addition, fees paid to outside firms providing specialized services, such as the collection of traffic volume data, are not included in the engineering fees above. METHOD OF PAYMENT An invoice will be submitted monthly or on completion of the Traffic Engineer's services. Payment is due within twenty (20) days of the statement. Payments received later than thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, will be subject to a Late Fee calculated at an interest rate of 1.5 percent per month. AKRJ~ has extensive experience providing municipal transportation planning and traffic engineering services in the Hudson Valley. Our staff is dedicated to providing unique and innovative solutions and presenting these solutions through clear written documentation and oral communication. Our team also understands the importance of providing our guidance in a timely fashion to all of the stakeholders. AKRF has a deep bench of traffic engineers and professionals, which we will utilize to deliver our services on-time so that the Village and applicants can maintain their critical project schedules. We understand that Port Chester, which is a densely-populated village with competing modes of transportation on its streets including pedestrians1 cyclists1 autos, taxis, delivery vehicles, and Bee-Line buses, cares about responsible growth, innovative transportation ideas1 and serving its diverse population of residents, businesses and visitors. Working together with the Village, we will develop solutions that support the goals of safe and efficient transportation for all users. AKRF has also been involved in a wide variety of public outreach efforts with both public and private clients that have allowed conceptual designs to become better suited for the community's needs, expediting the implementation of transportation improvements. We have assembled an outstanding leadership team for this assignment, providing depth of technical expertise in traffic and transportation along with outreach experience and local knowledge of the area. Members of the leadership team will attend all required meetings. Michael Beattie, P.E., PTOE, will serve as Project Manager. Mx.
