APPENDIX

RESULTS The procedure for reporting of Results in Royston Crow Youth Football League (RCYFL) as required Under Rule 11(c) to F.A. Full Time is as follows:-

1) RCYFL League and League Cup Results for all Age Groups U10 to U18 inclusive, should be reported by the Home Team ONLY before 6.00pm on the Sunday of the Match. Mid-week Results should either be reported on the night of the fixture or the Sunday after the Match has been played. 2) Hertfordshire County Cup Matches MUST be reported by both the Home and Away Teams and need to be reported 30 minutes earlier before 5.30pm. 3) Results should be reported in the following sequence:

 Competition (League/League Cup/ County Cup U9 to U18)  Age Group & Division (In the case of Cup Competitions Round & Match Number)  Home Team Name with goals scored  Opponents Team Name with goals scored  PP or Postponed or AA or Abandoned.

4) Details of ALL Postponed/Abandoned Games must also be reported by the Home Team. 5) Details of Postponed/Abandoned County Cup Games must to be reported by both the Home and Away Teams 6) Results should be submitted by one of the following methods:

 by e-mail to [email protected]  by text to 07908 – 025811  Text Service into Full Time replying to TXT sent, with “Result home away” or “Result PP” only.  by telephone message to 07908 – 025811 (It should be noted this number will not be manned)

The League‟s preferred method of operating would be for Clubs/Teams to use the Text Message Service available through FA Full Time to text their results directly to the Website on a game by game basis. Forms for using this method of reporting Results can be downloaded from Full Time and e-mailed to [email protected].

In order to enable the FA Full Time Administrator to input all Results into FA Full Time, and to allow Players And Managers‟ to view them as soon as possible, usually on a Sunday evening, it is essential ALL Results are communicated as soon as possible on Sunday afternoons and at very latest by 6.00pm.

REFEREE’S CHECK LIST ______

Match Notification: The SECRETARY of the HOME CLUB MUST NOTIFY THE REFEREE of match details AT LEAST FIVE CLEAR DAYS PRIOR to playing the Match.

Postponements: If the Match has been postponed by this time, the SECRETARY of the HOME Club must notify the Referee, except where the League Fixture Secretary has postponed the match.

Charges: Officials appointed by the League under Rule 13 shall be entitled to charge as follows:-

Age Group Referee Assistant Referees Under 11 to Under 12 £20.00 £10.00

Under 13 to Under 14 £25.00 £12.00

Under 15 to Under 16 £30.00 £15.00

Under 17 to Under 18 £35.00 £18.00

Marking of Referees: Each Club must award marks to the Referee, whether appointed by the Referees‟ Secretary or not. The name of that Referee, and marks awarded MUST be included on the card submitted of the match being played.

Marks awarded must be based on: 20 for dress, punctuality 40 for execution of the Laws (not decision making) 40 for general control.

(this means that non-qualified Referees cannot be marked higher than 80)
