Das Netzwerktreffen findet statt auf Vorschlag von Herbert Gantschacher auf Einladung Kulturministers und Ministerpräsidenten von Kärnten, Landeshauptmann Peter Kaiser und der Ministerin für Jugendangelegenheiten, Landesrätin Sara Schaar finanziert aus den Abteilungen für Kunst und Kultur (Igor Pucker) und dem Kärntner Landesjugendreferat (Alfred Wrulich). Es ist das Ergebnis der bilateralen Kulturprojekte von Herbert Gantschacher, die unter Schirmherrschaft der Ministerpräsidenten von Kärnten, Landeshauptmann Peter Kaiser, dem Ersten Präsidenten des Kärntner Landtags Reinhart Rohr, dem Zweiten Präsidenten des Kärntner Landtags Jakob Strauss und dem Vorsitzenden des Kulturausschusses des Kärntner Landtags, Landtagsabgeordneten Herwig Seiser erfolgreich durchgeführt worden sind und durchgeführt werden. Und es ist das Ergebnis der persönlichen bilateralen Arbeit von Herbert Gantschacher mit der Stadt Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen in Deutschland auf bilateraler Ebene und EU-Ebene in Zusammenarbeit mit Russland. Diese Projekte sind erfolgreich durchgeführt worden und durchgeführt werden. Und in einem extra Gesprächstermin stellte Herbert Gantschacher der Ministerin für Jugendangelegenheiten, Landesrätin Sara Schaar das Best Practice Project "Hidden History finanziert mit Fördermitteln der Europäischen Union und nationaler Förderung aus Deutschand und Österreich (Wien und Kärnten) und für Russland. Dieses Best Practice Project "Hidden History" ist das Modell für zukünftige Projekte in Finanzierung und Organisation. Professor für Komposition am Mozarteum Salzburg) Aus Kärnten: Bildungsdirektor Mag. Zum Netzwerktreffen gibt es auch ein umfangreiches Kulturprogramm mit dem Besuich der Klagenfurter Hauptbahnhofs und der Besichtigung der Fresken von Giselbert Hoke, Gustav Mahlers Wohnhaus und Komponierhäuschen in Klagenfurt-Maiernigg, "For Forest" im Klagenfurter Stadion, das Siechenhaus im Zentrum von Klagenfurt sowie der Fahrt zu den Konzentrationslagern in Klagenfurt- Lendorf und am Loibl/Ljublej verbunden mit der Fahrt ins Isonzotal bis nach Nova Gorica und Besichtigung der Stiftung "Fundacija Pot Miru" in Kobarid und der Ausstellung "Viktor Ullmann - Zeuge und Opfer der Apokalypse" im Goriški Muzej in Grad Kromberk in Nova Gorica.

Im Netzwerktreffen werden Projekte für Förderanträge vorbereitet für drei verschiedene Formen von Förderanträgen: Creative Europe, "Erasmus+" Jugend in Aktion, Europa I Bürgerinnen und Bürger.

Informations about European and international Network Meeting (3.-5.2019, Klagenfurt):

The meeting happens on advice Herbert Gantschacher by the invitation of Minister of Culture and Governor of Carinthia Peter Kaiser and the Minister for Youth Affairs Sara Schaar financed by their departments of Arts and Culture (Igor Pucker) and Youth (Alfred Wrulich). It came out from the bilateral cultural works and cultural projects of Herbert Gantschacher under the patronance of Governor Peter Kaiser, the First President of the Parliament of Carinthia Reinhart Rohr, the Second President of the Parliament of Carinthia Jakob Strauss and the Cultural Speaker of the Parliament of Carinthia, Member of Parliament Herwig Seiser on international level since 2015. General information about the network meeting and the EU funding programmes: The meeting happens on advice Herbert Gantschacher by the invitation of Minister of Culture and Governor of Carinthia Peter Kaiser and the Minister for Youth Affairs Sara Schaar financed by their departments of Arts and Culture (Igor Pucker) and Youth (Alfred Wrulich). Übersicht zum Netzwerktreffen und die Förderprogramme der Europäischen Union: Das Netzwerktreffen findet statt auf Vorschlag von Herbert Gantschacher auf Einladung Kulturministers und Ministerpräsidenten von Kärnten, Landeshauptmann Peter Kaiser und der Ministerin für Jugendangelegenheiten, Landesrätin Sara Schaar finanziert aus den Abteilungen für Kunst und Kultur (Igor Pucker) und dem Kärntner Landesjugendreferat (Alfred Wrulich). Es ist das Ergebnis der bilateralen Kulturprojekte von Herbert Gantschacher, die unter Schirmherrschaft der Ministerpräsidenten von Kärnten, Landeshauptmann Peter Kaiser, dem Ersten Präsidenten des Kärntner Landtags Reinhart Rohr, dem Zweiten Präsidenten des Kärntner Landtags Jakob Strauss und dem Vorsitzenden des Kulturausschusses des Kärntner Landtags, Landtagsabgeordneten Herwig Seiser erfolgreich durchgeführt worden sind und durchgeführt werden.
