Keywords: Business Schools; Mergers; Faculty Management; Workload Policy INTRODUCTION n the spring of 2013, Rouen Business School and Reims Management School, two major French business schools located near Paris, announced their merger to become NEOMA Business School. In addition, the background material can be used to evaluate the benefits of a merger between two business schools. Suggested questions and possible answers are provided at the end of the case.
