He was actively involved and leading a development, asset management and transaction teams in 11 country offices in Europe for more than 1,5 million sqm of logistics projects.

Eighteen years of real estate investment experience. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has an BSc Honors Degree in Investment and Finance in Real Estate, from Reading University. While at CBRE, James was the lead advisor on over €3 billion of sales and acquisitions, and oversaw the completion of over €6,5 billion of transactions as a group.

ANDREA BENVENUTI MD for Construction & Development Andrea has over 22 years of experience in development, design, construction, and asset management. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the development and construction of the new generation buildings of Amazon in Europe. Prior to joining Amazon, he was Head of Southern Europe Project Management in Prologis from 2003 to 2008, where he developed circa 5,000,000 sqft of speculative and built-to-suit logistics buildings. Steven has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance of which 15 years in construction and real estate development. He holds a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp (Belgium). Prior to joining LCP, Steven held position as CFO of the Contracting business of BESIX Group where he was also in charge of M&A and the concessions and PPP portfolio of the group in Europe and the Middle East.

MATHIEU OLIVE Partner - Development Manager

Mathieu has more than seven years of professional experience in the logistics real estate sector working on asset management, transactions, and development projects. He joined Logistics Capital Partners in August 2015 and was promoted partner in late 2018. Before this, Mathieu worked for 18 months in Paris as a Logistics Asset Manager, where he successfully managed a 400,000 sqm core logistic portfolio focused on France and Spain, on behalf of the fund LOGISTIS – managed by AEW Europe.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Civil engineering (Construction Management) at Technical University of Delft, Justin worked over 9 years at Royal Haskoning offering project management & consultancy as well as technical due diligence in a wide variety of projects. From 2012 to 2016 at Goodman responsible for the logistics portfolio in the (400,000 sqm) providing asset & property management services, and where he was also closely involved in various logistics development and major refurbishment projects.

KIM CORNILLE Asset & Development Director

Holding a Master in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Kim started her professional life more than 20 years ago. During her career, she built up experience in both the logistics and the industrial real estate sector. In 2009, she was appointed Country Manager Belgium. Some of the largest developments’ projects in Belgium between 2010 and 2017 where undertaken under her lead.
