When all were assembled before the Cross of Sacrifice, the service was opened by the Reverend Michael Sanders with a word of welcome and the singing of ‘O God Our Help In Ages Past’. The First Lesson was read by H.E. Peter Wilson and was followed by an excellent rendition of ‘Ave Verum Corpus’ by Mozart from the choir organised by Karin Hollreisser, accom- panied by a Brass Quintet of the Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy.
