The Agenda for the meeting is set out below. Members are reminded that the Parish Council has a legal duty to consider the impact of all their functions and decisions on reducing crime and disorder in the Parish of Enderby. Prior to taking a decision on any of the above Agenda items, Members must pay due and proper consideration to the requirements of Section 17 of the Crime & Disorder Act 1998 when considering these items and prior to taking a decision on each of these matters.
