The joint venture EUROGATE is a market leader in Europe and operates one of the world’s largest terminal networks. The EUROGATE terminal network covers the locations of Bremerhaven, , Lisbon, Gioia Tauro, La Spezia, Ravenna, Salerno, Livorno, Cagliari, Tangier, and in future also Wilhelmshaven. The network strategy is confirmed by the terminal’s above-average growth. 14.2 million TEU were turned over in 2008. The strongest locations in the terminal network are Bremerhaven, Gioia Tauro and Hamburg. The planned JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven is an ideal addition to the major German container ports of Bremerhaven and Hamburg.
