This service pack is intended for all SupplyWEB customers. Custom code will be overwritten with this service pack. Contact customer support for further information or assistance. Infor10 Supplier Exchange (SupplyWEB) Release Notes Solutions | 5 Solutions Advance Ship Notice Deliver To does not display on shipment created via X12 856 If an X12 ASN was sent in for a Discrete PO that contained a Deliver To element, the ASN in SupplyWEB did not reflect the Deliver To of the DPO. This issue has been resolved so that if there was a DPO line shipped with a Deliver To and the Deliver To was not already set it would set the Deliver To for the ASN in SupplyWEB from the DPO. Defect Number: 360907 / Incident Number: 5545078 ASN created via X12 856 cannot be printed If an X12 ASN was loaded the customer could not print shipping documents on the ASN. Validation errors usually seen at the time of shipper creation were displayed. This issue has been resolved so that the application will only try to validate the shipment prior to generating the PDF documents if the shipment was staged shipment which is the only time when the validation checks should be applied. Defect Number: 360929 / Incident Number: 5545093 Blanket Purchase Orders Blanket PO alert shows PO changed when a new PO is published The supplier alert for Blanket PO was showing Blanket PO changed when a new Blanket PO was published. This error has been resolved. Defect Number: 360434 / Incident Number: 5345066 Blanket PO fails to be exported as 850 Blanket purchase orders would give errors while exporting in X12 850 format. The Blanket PO file would be generated but not get exported to the VAN and it would remain in the Receive Now screen. These errors have been resolved and the blanket PO will now export correctly as an X12 850. Defect Number: 361698 / Incident Number: 5652192 Defective Materials Deleting the only disposition for a DMN causes error If a user attempted to delete a disposition while editing a saved/published DMN, the DMN would become invalid. This error has been resolved. If a DMN is published, the last disposition cannot be deleted as there must be at least one disposition associated with each published DMN. The user will receive an error message notifying them that the last disposition for the DMN cannot be deleted if the DMN is published. If the DMN has not been published, dispositions can be deleted with no error message. • Clarifications on SCMTR Registration Related Issues
Date: Feb 05th, 2021 Advisory No: 08/2021 Category: SCMTR Issued by: DGoS, ICES Subject : Clarifications on SCMTR Registration related issues Kind reference is invited to various Advisories and FAQs issued by this Directorate from time to time clarifying therein various aspects (including Registration) of Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations (SCMTR) related messages required to be filed in system by various stakeholders. Based on the queries received from various stakeholders and field formations, various clarifications are being provided herewith. 1. ANC (Authorized other Notified Sea Carriers): i. Registration for Customs Brokers also working as carriers: While there is no need for separate registration for Customs Brokers under SCMTR, many such entities are also engaged as freight warders, console agents etc. and therefore would require registration as ANC. The ANC registration has therefore been made available for entities having ICEGATE login as Customs Brokers. CBs, if also acting as other notified sea carriers as per the Regulations, may register under this category under the SCMTR. ii. Decrease in amount of Bank Guarantee along with surety bond: In terms of amended Board Notification No. 94/2020 (N.T.) dated 30.09.2020, the guarantee amount for Surety Bond required for ANC registration has been reduced to Rupees five lakhs from the earlier ten lakhs requirement in the System. Further, as stipulated in the aforesaid notification, the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Customs Broker licensed under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 are exempted from the requirement of bank guarantee. 2. ATP (Authorized Transhipper): i. Registration: It is noticed that although the registration under the category of Authorised Custodian (ACU) has been completed by many Custodians, the registration as Authorized Transhipper (ATP) registration is relatively less.
