Solutions

Advance Ship Notice

Deliver To does not display on shipment created via X12 856 If an X12 ASN was sent in for a Discrete PO that contained a Deliver To element, the ASN in SupplyWEB did not reflect the Deliver To of the DPO. This issue has been resolved so that if there was a DPO line shipped with a Deliver To and the Deliver To was not already set it would set the Deliver To for the ASN in SupplyWEB from the DPO. Defect Number: 360907 / Incident Number: 5545078

ASN created via X12 856 cannot be printed If an X12 ASN was loaded the customer could not print shipping documents on the ASN. Validation errors usually seen at the time of shipper creation were displayed. This issue has been resolved so that the application will only try to validate the shipment prior to generating the PDF documents if the shipment was staged shipment which is the only time when the validation checks should be applied. Defect Number: 360929 / Incident Number: 5545093

Blanket Purchase Orders

Blanket PO alert shows PO changed when a new PO is published The supplier alert for Blanket PO was showing Blanket PO changed when a new Blanket PO was published. This error has been resolved. Defect Number: 360434 / Incident Number: 5345066

Blanket PO fails to be exported as 850 Blanket purchase orders would give errors while exporting in X12 850 format. The Blanket PO file would be generated but not get exported to the VAN and it would remain in the Receive Now screen. These errors have been resolved and the blanket PO will now export correctly as an X12 850. Defect Number: 361698 / Incident Number: 5652192

Defective Materials

Deleting the only disposition for a DMN causes error If a user attempted to delete a disposition while editing a saved/published DMN, the DMN would become invalid. This error has been resolved. If a DMN is published, the last disposition cannot be deleted as there must be at least one disposition associated with each published DMN. The user will receive an error message notifying them that the last disposition for the DMN cannot be deleted if the DMN is published. If the DMN has not been published, dispositions can be deleted with no error message. Defect Number: 347978 / Incident Number: 5289417, 5452773

Infor10 Supplier Exchange (SupplyWEB) Release Notes

DMN captions for Reason Code Description and Source of Defect Description not displaying correctly When viewing an existing DMN the captions for the Reason Code: Description and Source of Defect: Description were incorrect. This issue has been resolved. Defect Number: 361159 / Incident Number: 5551134

Invoice Profile

Cannot submit changes to Invoice Profile using Internet Explorer 9 Several of the Invoice Profile screens on the supplier side would not update properly while using Internet Explorer 9. The error has been resolved. Note that Internet Explorer 9 is not yet certified for Infor10 Supplier Exchange. Defect Number: 362035 / Incident Number: 5658125

Packaging Maintenance

Packaging maintenance allows for decimal value in Qty Per container field The packaging maintenance has been altered to allow for decimal values in the quantity per container field. The shipper creation already had the ability to create this packaging automatically if decimal quantities were shipped. Defect Number: 346507 / Incident Number: 5252394

Proposed Purchase Orders

PPO BOD fail to load if it has more than one line number If a Proposed Purchase Order BOD had more than one line item it would fail to load through ION. DPOs through ION would also fail to load if there was no buyer in the CustomerParty. These errors have been resolved and PPOs with multiple line item and DPOs with no buyer in the CustomerParty will load correctly in SupplyWEB. Defect Number: 361214 / Incident Number: 5556767

PPO exported to AutoEx missing the ISA and GS segments Proposed Purchase Orders exported to AutoEx as 850 were missing the ISA and GS segments which prevented the supplier from receiving the 850. This issue has been corrected so that the ISA and GS segments are correctly built and added to the X12 PPO documents. Defect Number: 361703 / Incident Number: 5558724

PPO Management taking a long time to show filter When clicking on the PPO Management menu item the query to return PPO list for the filter was still executing even though the PPO number drop down list was changed to a PPO number text box. This error has been resolved so that the filter screen will not run the query for the PPO list which was no longer being used by the screen.

Defect Number: 361936 / Incident Number: 5496395

PPO alert emails don’t include Customer PO number on all alerts Previously, only 2 of the PPO alerts included the customer Purchase Order number on the PPO alert emails. This caused confusion with suppliers since they generally associate orders in their systems by the Discrete PO number and not the PPO number. This issue has been resolved and PPO events will include the DPO number in the PPO alerts. Defect Number: 362415 / Incident Number: 5500152

File status message for PPO has supplier and ship to values swapped When a PPO loaded through OnRamp, the document would load correctly but in File Status screen the supplier and ship to values were exchanged. This issue did not cause any functional issues but has been resolved to show the correct message. Defect Number: 362838 / Incident Number: 5675424

Receipts

Receipt containing shipper number showing shipment as in transit If the shipper number was sent in a receipt BOD instead of the ASN number, the ASN in SupplyWEB would still show as In Transit. The validation has been changed so that either shipper number or ASN number will be accepted as valid data in the receipt BOD. Defect Number: 362094 / Incident Number: 5660443

Releases

Releases exported to VAN with wrong trading partner IDs If a customer had the old “undefined” type set up for EDI, it would fail to find that type in order to determine the proper enveloping for the X12 document. This prevented documents from being routed to the correct supplier via the VAN. The defect has been resolved so it would also check for the old undefined type. Defect Number: 349452 / Incident Number: 5307622

Supplier Part Cross Reference

Supplier unable to include colon or percent characters in part Customers could use percent (%) or colon(:) characters in the part number, but suppliers could not even when the characters were not black-listed. This issue has been resolved. Defect Number: 362259 / Incident Number: 5658128

Infor10 Supplier Exchange (SupplyWEB) Release Notes

SMI

SMI alerts showing part description instead of part numbers SMI alerts would sometimes have the part description instead of the part number. This issue has been resolved so that when the customer part documents load for SMI parts it will properly assign the part number instead of the part description. Defect Number: 362433 / Incident Number: 5556286

Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Default SCAC list populated with 85 codes The SupplyWEB base application now includes 85 SCAC codes that will be available to all customers and suppliers. The list of newly added SCAC and BIC codes are included in Appendix A of the release notes. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Buyer characteristic to allow suppliers to add own codes A new buyer characteristic, “Allow Supplier to use Own Carrier Codes‟, has been introduced that will allow the customer to indicate if suppliers are allowed to create or edit their own codes. The default value for the flag is set to checked (or allowed) which is consistent with previous releases of Infor10 Supplier Exchange. If the customer later unchecks the flag, all supplier created SCAC codes will be retained, but the supplier will no longer be allowed to add or edit codes. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Buyer characteristic and carrier code list to allow BIC codes, SCAC codes or both Infor10 supplier exchange now allows for BIC codes in addition to SCAC for the carrier codes. The International Standards Organization references BIC which is the ISO approved registration authority for container owners‟ codes. All BIC codes are freely available on their website, unlike SCAC codes which are generally available for a fee. The BIC code list is mutually exclusive from SCAC codes. A new buyer characteristic, “Carrier Code Types”, has been introduced that will allow customer to indicate if only SCAC codes can be used for the carrier codes, or only BIC codes can be used or both can be used. The characteristic applies to all screens that display the SCAC list including the Edit shipper screen and the SCAC maintenance screen for customers and suppliers. Schedules

Improved performance of releases filter screen through new Part filter The releases search screen has been modified so that it will not load all the parts during initial screen load, which was the biggest reason for poor performance of the search screen. A new dropdown has been created for Parts which will allow users to search for parts either by listing all parts or by selecting parts, after specifying the range of parts to be searched: 1. User selects the List Parts option from the Customer Part dropdown: This will load all parts into the Part List dropdown. User can then select a single part or select all parts to conduct searches. This functionality is similar to the functionality existing in previous SupplyWEB versions where all parts would be loaded into the Part filter. A user could then select a single part or all parts for searching for releases. 2. User selects the Select Parts option from the Customer Part dropdown: Selecting this option will prompt the user to specify the start and end range for the parts to be selected. When the user specifies these 2 criteria and clicks on the Refresh List button, the Part List will be populated with all the parts that match the specified criteria. The user can then either select a part from the Part List dropdown or use the feature to search for demand for all parts that match the specified criteria. For example, user could specify „251‟ in the Part Start field and leave the Part End blank and then click on the Refresh List button. This will populate the Part List dropdown with all parts that start with the string „251‟. User can then select a single part from the dropdown or select the „All‟ option to search for demand for all parts that begin with the string „251‟. User can also specify a single part „2513467‟ and then click on the Refresh List button. This will populate the Part List dropdown with the part selected which can be used to search for releases.

Note that the Supplier Part dropdown that is visible to suppliers on the Schedules filter screen will only display parts if one of the above options is selected in the Customer Part dropdown list. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Show Part List check box on release filter screen unchecked by default On the release filter screen under Advanced Search Criteria, the checkbox for Show Part List has been defaulted to unchecked for performance reasons. A user can still check the Show Part List checkbox to get the list of all parts by supplier on the releases results screen. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Improved performance of releases search execution The releases results screen has been improved for better search execution performance by restructuring code and query optimizations. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Infor10 Supplier Exchange (SupplyWEB) Release Notes

Improved performance of Generate PDF for releases The Generate PDF function for releases has been improved for better search execution performance by restructuring code and query optimizations. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Improved performance of the Save As functionality for releases The Save As function for releases has been improved for better search execution performance by restructuring code and query optimizations. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Improved performance of Download Demand for releases The Download Demand function for releases has been improved for better search execution performance by restructuring code and query optimizations. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A

Single Sign On and Workspace Integration

Single Sign On and ability to add SupplyWEB as an application in Workspace Infor10 Supplier Exchange can now be used with Single Sign On. This provides customer users with the ability to log in once using their active directory credentials via Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services or ADFS 2.0 and gain access to any system that supports Single sign on. SupplyWEB‟s implementation uses SAML protocol communication between the java application and AD FS 2.0 and uses the Fedlet client recommended by the Infor‟s FAA team. After Fedlet is configured SupplyWEB can act as an relying party application in AD FS and can accept requests from the ADFS Security Token Service also known as the “identity provider”. Note that the SSO functionality is only available to customer users and not to supplier users. All supplier users must continue to use their existing SupplyWEB login credentials. Integrated windows authentication is not supported at this time. SupplyWEB 11.2.2 can work with or without single sign on. The base application will continue to default to SupplyWEB authentication and authorization. In order to enable Single sign on in SupplyWEB some configuration changes are required. All pre-requisites for single sign on must be reviewed and fulfilled before configuring SupplyWEB for single sign on. The details of the configuration changes are described in the SSO and Workspace configuration guide which is a new guide being introduced with this release. In order for customer administrator users to use the Single Sign On functionality and still have access to the owner login, we have introduced a new menu item under Security for “Login as owner”. This menu is only visible to administrators if they have Single Sign on enabled for SupplyWEB. Clicking on this menu item will bring up a new window prompting the user for the owner password. On successful login, the administrator will be able to use all features available to the owner. This feature will also work when the application is running inside Workspace. SupplyWEB can be added as an application in Workspace version 10.1. Follow all the instructions for installing and configuring Workspace 10.1. You must select the Generic Product plug-in during installation to allow for SupplyWEB to be added. Once Workspace is installed and configured, navigate to the Workspace home site after logging in as a site collection administrator and add a new Workspace site as described in the “SSO and Workspace Configuration Guide”. You must also give workspace users permission to access the SupplyWEB site as described in the aforementioned guide. Defect Number: N/A/ Incident Number: N/A
